hi this is Randy welcome to Matt tech TV in this little episode I'm going to show you our super easy system that we're using to sign up kids for our summer camps here in seguin this year all of our registration is going to take place online first thing you need to do is you need to navigate to the site you can find links at multiple locations throughout the seguin ISD website when you get here the next thing that you need to do is browse through the classes and find the class that you want now there's different ways that you can narrow this down and filter it so for example if my kid is a sixth grader I can click on sixth and it will only show me classes that have been designed for sixth grade students once I find a class I want to know more about I simply click on the name of that class I can read about it if it sounds like something I want I can click Add if not i can click close so maybe I click this one and this sounds like what i'm looking for the dates are good and I click Add and notice by the way you can also filter by location you can filter by the dates of the camp so if you know you're going to be gone part of the summer you can look only at camps that are available when you and your family are in town all right any selections you have show up right up here once you've got your camp chosen you click continue on the next page you do have to put in an email address then you're going to enter the name of the student that you're registering their date of birth which needs to be in the 8th digit format whether they're a male or female and their grade so this one's a sixth grader you have to check that you are their parent or guardian and then click continue on the next screen you're going to add some contact information like your phone number your address and then the parents information make sure you have a valid email address because this system does the nice thing of actually contacting you to remind you about the camps next you can view if you would like the waiver for the camps once you've viewed that click agree and give it an electronic signature then click checkout of course this isn't an actual registration and it's giving me that message you won't see that when you're actually registering when the camps are available come down here and create an account password then click complete and your registration will be complete that's all there is to it real simple process you only need to know some basic information such as name address email and phone number I hope you enjoy the camps
