Uninstalling DigiSign will be different depending on your computer's operating system. Select 'System' then 'Apps and Features' Select 'Landonline Digital Signing Client-side v2' and click 'Uninstall' and 'Uninstall' again. You may then get a Windows security prompt, which is not shown on the video. Select 'Yes'. In the uninstall window leave 'Automatic' selected and click on 'Next'. Click 'Finish'. The software will now be uninstalled. Once you've uninstalled your existing DigiSign software you can install the latest version. From the Landonline home page select 'System support and software downloads' Then 'Software downloads'. Scroll down to select download and install DigiSign v2 software. Select 'Download DigiSign v2 software' and your download will begin. Once downloaded select the DigiSign 2 .EXE file. You may now get a Windows security prompt (which is not shown) Select 'yes' to continue. The installation wizard will now run. Once completed click 'Finish'. You can now log on to the Landonline upgrade.
