I just wanted to make a quick video to show you how to make a cool reply email link and to embed in your emails the reason you do this for many reasons but let's assume that you're sending out a mailing this ceremonious and you want to give people the option to unsubscribe you see I want to get hit for spamming so you might write something like this now we want to make this clickable and when the sender's clicks on that it's going to open up an email that's already got the subject line in and it's already got this message in the body ok you going to say thanks John for let me know about this opportunity but it's not for me please unsubscribe me and thanks but what this does is it makes it easier for the person on the other end so that if they're slightly angry with you they'll be grateful that you made it easy for them to go on unsubscribe even to the point where they don't have to write in it and then just go click that button and then send an email and they might even get them to change their mind but one thing it does do is it it minimizes the negative responses that you might get which is always good we we don't need too much anyway that they do so let's see how this is done so you highlight this and then right-click on it and you put in a hyperlink and you've got this box has opened up here it already says click here to be on subscribed so now you want to put your email address in you'll notice that the mail tube pops up automatically as soon as you start writing you don't need to run that bit and then you want this line here they're going in the subject line just put this on a motor pass on you copy and paste it in save a bit of time it's going to paste that in there ok now to get the body to write and there's a slightly different thing you've got to add the + sign and body equals so for this bit you want all of that it you don't worry if you don't have to put the subject line in for the year into the subject line peace so orders go here and I'm going to highlight a hold of that and then right at the end you don't need to put a space just pop that in there ok now what you need to do then is just okay and you'll see this is now become a clickable link when you hover over it you can see the message in there okay I'm just going to pause this and I'm going to send myself an email with this in it and then you can see what happened ok so I've said set myself to the email I made a little bit a little mistake in what I was telling you before where you write body make sure it's lowercase B not a capital B or applicator P okay so what happens that I click on that it'll open up an email and then as you can see it's got the email address that has been said - thanks but no thank you don't subscribe me and the message that we wrote as well so it's all done so now the person at the other end who wants to be on subscribe just got to clicks in so just a reminder that you should write and body equals with all lowercase and not the capital B and share it but if you found this helpful give it a thumbs up and share it if you would be so kind and please subscribe to my channel - thanks a lot
