Add patron payment

hello everyone welcome to the IG's our template channel the reason I'm making this video is because I had a YouTube viewer who wanted to know how to donate to our channel through patreon we're producing additional training videos where the exam web designers software so let's go ahead and get started the first thing that you want to do is go to your web browser window in this case I'm going to go ahead and click in our address bar and I'm gonna type in WWI Transcom then go ahead and hit the enter key and once you're on the patreon page the next thing that you want to do is go to the search bar and click inside of that and type in Xsara space template hit the enter key again and after that you'll see the search results for eggs are a template and you want to click on the first option that says Allen Smith and you'll also see my local next to it so in this case you'll see the cozy how-to plus the eggs our template logo next to each other so let's go ahead and click on the text Allen Smith after you do that you'll arrive at our page on patreon and in this case it will say Allen Smith is creating eggs our web designer tutorials so the next thing that you want to do is scroll down a bit so let's do that and you'll see that on the right hand side of our page it says rewards and then it lists the different pledge amounts so once you decide what amount that you want to pledge you click on that particular reward in this case we're campaigning for people to donate at least $5 a month so in this case I'm going to show you an example of that however you could donate a different amount other than just the $5 so let's go ahead and click on get $5 reward after you click on get $5 reward by default it will select the $5 per month reward you'll see that it says I will send you a thank-you letter via email so if you picked that particular reward you'll get a thank you letter either via email or in some cases I may make a thank you video the next thing you want to do is click on continue once you click on continue it will ask you to fill out some information to sign up for an account with patron unfortunately that is the only that you can donate is to sign up with an account so you'll enter in your name your email and your password you'll sign up and then after that you'll be able to actually donate to our page so in this case I'm not going to actually enter in any data here because I already have an account and if you already have an account you don't have to do this but if you don't have an account make sure you fill that out and hit the sign up button at the bottom and sign up for an account with patron after that you would go ahead and finish the process for donating so let's go ahead and take a look at what that looks like so in this case I've logged in to a separate account outside of the one that I have for the X our web designer Channel and while I'm logged in I'm going to show you how to donate once you sign up for an account so let's go ahead and type in X our template in the search box again hit the enter key after that it will take you to the search results and you'll click on Allen Smith again where it shows both the cose how-to logo in the XR template logo so if I click on that you'll see that it takes us to the page for our X our web designer training videos so on this page again we're going to scroll back down to the bottom towards the rewards section and under this section we would pick you know a $5 reward or whatever reward that you want to use next you'll be on the donation page in this case we want to donate $5 so let's go ahead and hit continue so once you're on this page you'll have the option to donate with either a credit card or with PayPal and depending on what your preference is you would click on that particular button and then it would give you the final process of what you need to do to make that final contribution now there is some additional information on the side here you'll see that it says your next $5 charge will occur on and then the particular date in this case December 1st and then the first of each month so it's important that you read through that and make sure you understand that and once you understand those things you'll go ahead and finalize the process we're making a monthly donation so if this video was helpful please let me know and make sure you share it
