in today's video we're going to talk about how to add your newborn child to your i want to repetition after it's approved at uscis if it's something you want to know just stay tuned and i'll be right back usa monde good morning good morning my beautiful people this is john from usm london welcome back and thanks for watching if it's your first time on my channel as always welcome here i have newcomers permanent resident and also u.s citizen regarding the immigration question you know sometime i give advice to newcomers to united states of america you know based on my own experience or regarding uh what they're supposed to do what they don't supposed to do here united states of america to have a better life but today like i said in the introduction to this video it's about how to add your newborn child you to your i want to repetition after it's approved at uscs okay this one is for some of you guys who are green card holder who petitioned for your spouse you know to come to united states of america okay you found the r130 petition and then there i want to repetition its approval uscs and then it will move to nvc maybe it's already moved to nvc national visa center reason why i'm saying it's for green card holder is because if you are u.s citizen and your wi-fi has a child you can file on crba which is on consumer report birth abroad by doing that your your child will get a u.s passport to come to united states of america but if you're a green card holder you cannot do that okay the first thing to do is if your case is approved and it's still a uscs you have to contact uscs and let them know that your your wi-fi has a baby therefore you want to update on the i130 on petition case so or they're going to ask you your child's on birth certificate and also you know see some your cases approval eventually they already have on your approval letter or maybe you cannot make a copy of the approval letter and send it to them as well that way they will update on the case and by doing that your wife can come to united states of america with the newborn baby you don't have to file another i want to repetition for the newborn in case your uh your petitions already moved to nbc national visa center you have to call nvc national visa center you know tell them that your wife has a baby you want to update a i want 30 on petition or petition and they're going to ask you your child's own birth certificate and also they are 130 uh approval letter the one you receive from uscs you're going to submit those on document if they ask for additional document which i doubt um but you're gonna you have to be able to submit it to them or so they can update or they i want a repetition for you so basically those are the stuff you have to do so if you're in that situation you don't have to get frustrated because a lot of people don't know what what what to do you know some people you know they go ahead and file another i want a repetition for the baby no you don't do that you just update on the case either uscs or nvc in that way your child will come to united states of america with your wife's own immigrant visa that's it for today's video i hope you guys love it learn something from me if you know somebody who might benefit from this video please share with that person if you like the video hit the like button if you want to be notified every time i have a new video hit the bell if you've been watching my video never subscribe you are new here you like what you're saying please do me a favor hit the subscribe button to support this channel or hit my picture over here once again my name is john thanks for watching and i talk to you guys in the next video usa monday
