Add populated payment

-In this video, I'm going to walk through a new role we have just added for clinicians. This role allows you to view your MIPS performance feedback and payment adjustment information for each organization you're associated to -- like practices, virtual groups, and APM entities -- without requesting access to each organization and waiting for approval from a security official. For practice association, this role lets you access group and individual feedback that applies to you, but you can't see individual performance feedback or payment adjustment information for other clinicians in the practice. You have to sign in to QPP to request the clinician role, so you'll need to create a HARP account if you've never signed into QPP before. For more information on that process, review the "Create a Quality Payment Program Account" video on the QPP resource library. To sign in from qpp.cms.gov, click the "Sign In" in the upper right-hand corner of the site. For the purposes of this demo, we are using a test environment which does not require two-factor authentication. However, when you sign in, you'll be required to provide the code from the two-factor authentication device set up in HARP. Once logged in, navigate to the "Manage Access" on the left navigation. From here, most clinicians will notice that they're not connected to any organizations. But you will see any organizations you have already had access to. Requesting the clinician role will not change any existing permission or access you have for an organization. Click here to begin the process. If there's an exact unique match between the name on your HARP account and your name and eligibility, as displayed on the QPP participation status lookup tool will populate a list of the practice names associated with you in the NPI lookup tool at the time of the request. We'll talk about what happens if we don't have an exact unique match in a moment. Please note that you will not see any virtual group or APM entity association when we're verifying who you are on this verification screen. You will only see practices. Also, if you're requesting a role in July of 2019, you will only see practices that you've been billing claims under as of September 30, 2018. If you don't recognize the associations, you'll click here to follow the same process as clinicians we can't uniquely and exactly match by name. If you do recognize the associations, click "Verify." Once the request is processed, you'll return to the Manage Access page where you will see a list of the practices you're associated with and the roles you have for each practice. Now I'm going to walk through the steps that you will need to take in the event that there isn't an exact unique match between your name on the HARP account and your name on the lookup tool. So, the first step is to navigate to the "Manage Access" on the left navigation panel, and then click "Connect to another organization," where you'll be presented with multiple organization types that you can choose from. In order to receive the clinician role, we want to click the "Individual Clinician" card and click "Continue." If there isn't an exact and unique match between your name on the HARP account and your name in the lookup tool, we'll need you to provide some identifying information. For example, we wouldn't have an exact match on the name for a clinician who changed her name between enrolling in PCOS and getting a HARP account. We also may have an exact match on the name but it's not unique. For example, the clinician's name in PCOS and HARP might be John Smith, but we may have more than one clinician listed on the lookup tool with the name John Smith. This same process applies to clinicians who don't recognize the practice associations we populated for them on the validation screen. So, you'll be asked to provide your NPI, SSN, and PTAN. Because NPIs are publicly available, we ask for SSN to verify your identity for security purposes. The information entered is validated against the data that exists in PCOS. If you work at multiple practices, you can enter any PTAN assigned to you in PCOS. Once you enter all three, you can click "Submit." If we are unable to verify, you will be presented with an error message. With this error message, you can go in and edit the information you previously entered, or you can click the link that's provided, as it will direct you to the footer where you will be presented with helpful resources that will allow you to contact the service center if the error message persists even after editing your data. If we can verify this combination of data, the request will be approved and you'll return to the Manage Access page where you will see your connected practices. You can see the success -- the approval message here at the bottom of the screen. And as we go down, you can see your newly added practice and your newly acquired role as a clinician.

How can I sign my name on a PDF?

In a nutshell, any symbol in a document can be considered an eSignature if it complies with state and federal requirements. The law differs from country to country, but the main thing is that your eSignature should be associated with you and indicates that you agree to do business electronically. airSlate SignNow allows you to apply a legally-binding signature, even if it’s just your name typed out. To sign a PDF with your name, you need to log in and upload a file. Then, using the My Signature tool, type your name. Download or save your new document.

How do I sign PDF files online?

Most web services that allow you to create eSignatures have daily or monthly limits, significantly decreasing your efficiency. airSlate SignNow gives you the ability to sign as many files online as you want without limitations. Just import your PDFs, place your eSignature(s), and download or send samples. airSlate SignNow’s user-friendly-interface makes eSigning quick and easy. No need to complete long tutorials before understanding how it works.

How do you open and sign a PDF?

Almost any platform and operating system can handle something as simple as viewing PDFs. macOS devices do so with Preview, and Windows does so via Edge. However, eSigning is a more complicated process. To get a compliant electronic signature, you should use authorized software like airSlate SignNow. After you create an account, upload a document to the platform and click on it to view it. To eSign the sample, select the My Signature tool and generate your very own legally-binding eSignature.
