be 4th so now that we have our order in order we're going to then put in the broker email the broker is going to be Pete and that's going to be P in this case seller 1 we're going to make it Fran I'm using the same email just so that we can test it with my email but typically this is going to be the sellers email address and the sellers name in this case we do not have a seller 2 so we can go ahead and remove the sella 2 by clicking on the X to the right he's going to remove all the tags and the recipient if you like to make things easy you can change this for two or three but it doesn't matter the next thing we have to do is we have to put our email message okay so it would be nice it would be good to use a common a common subject called property management agreement and the address highlighted and this means that they are not mandatory that they're optional to fill out in this case under the address of the emergency contact it's optional which means that the owner can fill it out if they want or not as you scroll down the other thing you wanna look at is making sure that everything is in line and filled out and it looks like that this is the case on these forms just a quick tip if you wanted to scroll through forms rather quickly you can go to the right just like I'm doing here and just go scroll and click on the forms now notice again that the seller 1 is going to fill all this out there are notes here for the seller 1 to read and under the broker everything gets grayed out at this point you are ready to send out this document and all you do at this point is
