hi this is Taylor with tenet cloud and in this video I'm going to show you how to send an owner an agreement to sign in their tenant cloud account first you will want to make sure that you have created an owner agreement template to start creating an agreement template click the Settings gear in the top right corner of the screen then click document templates from the left side menu click Add template select owner agreement from the document drop-down menu enter your title and edit your template in the section below Tanna cloud has made your life easier by including autofill elements so you don't have to go in and change the names addresses and agreement numbers on every new agreement you send the autofill elements take the information you have already entered in the site and will fill in those sections in the agreement for you automatically simply click and drag the autofill element into the template or simply double-click the element that you want to appear where the cursor is located attach any documents you wish to add to the template and select if you wish to include the initial sections to the template click create' once you are done if you need to make any changes you can make those by clicking on the title of the agreement under the document template section of your settings menu please note that you will need to have a confirmed connection with the owner in order to send them the owner agreement now we are ready to create the owner agreement first click the contacts tab from the left side menu then click the owners tab click the add agreement button on the desired owner here you will enter the agreement start and end dates the agreement number and a termination fee next select the owner that you wish to send the agreement to and select if they are a sole owner or if there is an ownership if it is an ownership you will be able to connect multiple owners to the same agreement click Next on this page you will see a list of all properties that you can add to an agreement select the property or properties that you wish this agreement to be for please note that this will populate a property addendum to those agreements for all of the selected properties when you are done selecting the correct properties for this agreement click Next here you will be able to add the agreement you created from the document templates section if you need to make any last minute changes you can do so here upload any additional documents and click YES on the e-signature toggle if you wish to have them sign it electronically then click send to sign you are now taken to the property owner contact page at the bottom you will see the owner agreement status there are three statuses the first is signature this status is when the document is waiting to be signed by the owner the second status is active with this status the active document will be for the current moment in time the final status is ended this is when the document has expired and was not updated once the agreement has been signed a PDF file will show up on the owners contact card and you will have the ability to end the owner agreement and this is how easy it is to send an owner agreement within tenet cloud to start managing your rental properties for free with simplicity and ease just go to WWN a cloud comm or click the link below in the description and sign up today
