hello its Kylie from Scott Labarre marketing today we're going to go over adding some documents to DocuSign it is super simple so let's get started here the first thing you'll want to do is go to DocuSign once you're on DocuSign site you'll want to go ahead and login put in our password oops put in our password again there we go so once that loads you'll see across the top a big menu bar here you'll see it says home manage templates and reports in this case we'll want to go to templates so let's go ahead and click on that once this page loads you'll see here that I have a template already created and some of you may see this or you don't have any templates at all no worries so in this case we'll come over to the right to this nice big yellow new button and you'll see create template and upload template now if you have a PDF saved on your computer you will not be clicking upload template that is for downloaded DocuSign templates that have already been made in this case we're going to want to focus on create template so go ahead and click on that it'll take you to this next page here and the first thing it'll ask for is a name and a description so in this case we'll call it test and my description this is a test ok and once you've came up with your name in the description you'll go ahead and slowed it scroll down to where it says add documents to the envelope in this case envelope is another word for folder so here you'll see the big blue upload button with the get from cloud button underneath if you have your documents and Dropbox or Google Drive this just saves you the step of having to download it as a PDF re-upload it so you can access them that way or you can click on upload select your document in this case mine is DocuSign test and it uploads if you click on it you'll be able to view the document nice and simple there now after you upload the document you'll be able to scroll down to add recipients to the envelope here you'll be able to add your clients let's see and you'll add their name and the email from there you'll you can add a second recipient or more by just hitting the add recipient button and it's the same process adding the role the name and the email and you can also set a signing order up here above your first recipient so if I decide that mr. blank here needs to go forth I can go ahead and change that now let's say that you added an extra recipient you can go ahead and hover over that spare box and to the right you'll see a black remove a recipient button so go ahead and click...
