all right so this is sort of about consumer  satisfaction surveys in general and so we'll   give some some tips and I'm just going to skip  right to this so we're gonna give some some   tips about consumer satisfaction surveys and  how to like what makes sort of good consumer   satisfaction survey questions and then we'll also  give some some tips about collecting responses and   things like that and then we also created a tool  that we will share about that we'll share in the   chat box as soon as I can figure out how to make  that happen so with able to do that in a little   bit whenever we get to it and the tool is really  designed it's a little bit limited but it's kind   of designed so that you can put in your questions  and then put in the responses to those questions   from your from your survey and it'll help you  it'll create sort of a Terp for you to look at   so we'll look over that in a little while all  right and then I didn't let Daryl to introduce   himself so it's a beautiful morning we're very  grateful appreciative for you making time to join   us today and this webinar as Arden said we are  presenting on a consumers ask though but on the   screen now you have the objectives for today's  webinar and so we'll get started with that it's   good to see that everyone's joined us today so  again if you have any questions or comments we   prefer that you use the chat box if your mic  is currently on we asked that you mute your   mic you can see the icon at the bottom left hand  screen a corner of your screen or the mic icon   is if you click on that it'll mute your mic so  that would be very helpful thank you very much okay so this was this was supposed to be a poll  but we're just gonna ask you guys for a spawn to   this in the chat box if you would so how many of  you or does your program already have a consumer   satisfaction survey that you use so just yes  or no give us an idea cuz I don't I don't want   to be talking about a whole bunch of stuff in okay  we're getting a majority of yeses on this one yeah   do you want me to count them or could I just say  we got a majority of yeses a majority yes this is   fine okay and then I'm gonna actually ask one more  question that's not on here which is so can you   guys for you guys to give changing format so to  give an idea of sort of why why you're interested   in this webinar some people are in the middle of  changing a format and then some language so I'm   seeing a lot of responses with yes they have can  they have the surveys but they're they need...
