if you struggle with creating quotes for custom tees stay tuned because in this video i'm going to show you how to quickly and easily create quotes for screen printed apparel with shopbox consistency can be a big issue when you're quoting screen printed apparel you either got like a complicated spreadsheet you've set up or maybe just a pdf pricing grid that your team is using so inside shopbox will make it quick and efficient and consistent to create those quotes so up at the top we're going to go to our new button and we'll choose new quote so here we'll choose an existing customer i can also create new ones on the fly not a big deal we'll go ahead and click save to add our first line item and super fast super easy to get into this now we've already pre-loaded a bunch of screen printing items for you you've got a bunch of different decorations and this one we're just going to use screen printed apparel now i'm going to change the name of this to employee t-shirts just so it's a little more relevant for our customer and that the description is also going to display here so you might adjust that to include something relevant for them down below we'll go ahead and actually start adding our garments to it so we've got four or five different integrated catalogs alpha broder sanmar sns tsc apparel i'll just choose the catalog i want start typing for the product and boom right away i've got my results now i'll choose the colors that we want to do maybe a dark gray heather is nice and i could see a quick image of that shirt just so i know i've picked the right one next we'll go down and enter in our different sizes so 12 small 12 medium 12 large 24 xl for a total of 60 shirts next we're going to configure our actual decoration so we've already got screen printed loaded here we're going to choose our location and the number of colors let's do two colors on the front and we'll do white red and maybe we'll do one color on the back now for the back we'll do full back we'll choose one color we're just going to use white ink on the back perfect down below we've got screen so we're going to add three screens that we're gonna charge the customer for and then i can even go in and add some options to this so if the customer wanted folding and bagging or they needed a rush turn around or we're gonna charge them for the flashing time i can add all those things included in my price so if i need to see the breakdown of of how we're actually getting to the price i could check out our pricing breakdown tab that gives me all the different items that are going into the price and how they're being calculated next i'm just going to save this line item and we've got our decorated apparel quote ready to go so we'll fire this off to the customer at the very top i'm just going to click email pdf choose the contact we're going to send this to and i'll choose one of our quote templates so we've already got all the messaging that we're going to use set up in this template we're going to attach the quote to this and then stay tuned for the next video because we're going to show you how to turn this quote into an order
