video right now whenever after we finish after we finish sharing today and just at your convenience so with all that being said take it away George I'll dive right in okay so this is gonna be your basic database what you see here is a dashboard what I do in general is I go to my CRM there you go here's a number of existing quotes I can create a new quote hit create up top left opportunity let's call it number one get real coz customer let's see AG relay expected revenue let's do 500 there you go good let's mark disses see a probability 5% that's pretty good I'm going to add a tag let's say it's one to five users so once a five create I can change the color I'm feeling I'm feeling kind of green today you know it's and then a plan to use make this one new purple and let's say it's it's Western to tells me the timezone it's kind of my go to those three things I use different colors kind of differentiate so I know it's one of five users they plan to use themselves versus being a let's say a consultant which they plan to sublease out the software but this is gonna be something else and then Western meaning the time zones I know this person's gonna be when I give them a call it's the same time we have here salesperson let's change it to Don Joe that's fine sales channels make it all of America instead of Europe expected close time let's say end of the month tomorrow that's right let's get sales you baby and save and now we have an opportunity so what I want to do now is create a quote based on this let's say in theory this person I've just gave given them a demonstration they love the software as they usually do and they want to buy a number of items so we do here is we go and we can add a product generally what we do with our internal CRM is it gives you a template so I let's say I go OD one road you to it gives me a number of of different items already pre-selected so let's say for this person they want they need manufacturing sure why not manufacturing generally it pops up you can find out more information upon it let's see manufacturing once it's a service that's fine it's save and let's say the quantity they just need the one chorus there's no tax because software is a service and there's no tax on service you can change the price let's change the price here it's generally sixty dollars like that discount cuz I'm feeling nice let's get in 25 ad that's out of my email marketing email marketing price of that is 15 no discount on that sorry let's remove tax though accounting software it is a service needs time and then let's add one more let's do invoicing no yeah that's fine that's 15 no discount I mean here we have any of take that out save and close so you have 75 dollars to invoice hit save I mean it you can actually do a number of things here under the action button I can delete this I can duplicate this I can invoice the order let's let's duplicate so that just basically gives me an additional quote so it's exactly the same so I can change this they add to a priceless etc I'm here what I want to do is gonna send this by mail I want to see the link they can actually sign and pay for it right here let's open that second tab just so I can show it here we go so this is the actual quote this is what the customer would see here you go I'd relay this is sent for me they can do one of three things they can reject it they can give me feedback or they can accept it let's say they gonna give me some feedback and say you know what what about sales alright question mark send so I go back i refresh and I see that Oh looks like a grill a and they want to beef up this quotes why certainly let's go ahead and do that so let's edit this it's gonna hear it's got sales you know what you want you want sales about give you sales and then some and I keep doing this let's not forget that software it is a service and it's not taxed so you save it send it by email and now the new item is added to the existing quote now it's $90 they'd go in they accept it except in sign it's actually just a demo database so if it doesn't work it's okay but you understand of course you can change this to have it so that it's not after something that's sign you can change this so that it's instead of being signed to prove that it didn't be paid for you have an online payment that's what I use more often than not [Music] the options been changed I can do a wire transfer and whatever so confirm and pay this would be marked as paid it's thinking it's thinking give it a second the only time and there you go and now it's been paid for it says it tells you down below it's not been paid as if it's time do your egg relay and done now let's do something else this time let's start again let's create a different one let's pretend that the same person they want to buy a year or more so I'd really goes back spected revenue oh I'm sorry they want to buy a success pack so let's say it's a 25-hour success pack right now it's $2,700 let's edit this sings before let's say it's this time it's gonna be 10 to 20 users so use these tags and I can later I can actually search by tags that's very useful make this screen again and the song let's just say it's east coast like to sell make that kind of a dark blue burgundy yeah that's excellent again we're gonna switch this from Europe to America administrator to let's say John Doe no see such is over expected closing by tomorrow and a month again it's a grill a just as 25 expected revenue 27 and why is that and that's because they are signing up for a success back and that's 25 hours it's save create the quote okay priceless and again I do want to mention that with our internal server what we do it's slightly different there's pre-selected of templates that can drop down it would change and look different kind of imagine this seats like you to change this to partner from default template and it changes likewise with our internal servers so I I pre select this it would give me a number of options so here just for the course of the purpose of this demonstration I want to build it out myself so it bought it is 25 our pack so create an edit no lead time because it's immediate and the price is actually it starts off as 36 and we give a 25% discount let's go new user discount quantity ordered let's see if that enough yeah the math is right 36:27 excellent so what I do is I save and here you have sales order 37 a 25 hour success pack and it's exactly the same process as before but I want to I want to go over some of the action buttons here I can show I can create this as a PDF I can print it directly out I can crack I can add an attachment I'll get invoice to order I could send a carton to recovery email just in case I happen to lose this I of course delete it it cetera you don't want to send this by mail do the exact same thing as before and this defaults to online signature which I want to change to online payment save update this in ladies and gentleman you actually noticed that as I do this it's all static I can do it on the fly I can do this from my phone I can do this my iOS device from my Galaxy Android device so it's very very useful it's it's gonna sass it's all online it's it's cloud-based so all you need is access to the Internet and you can do this from any which place so it's very useful if you're at home let's say for instance it's it's Saturday night and someone just happens to call you and say hey I want to buy XYZ product you can jump on your phone right then and there create the quote and it's you know and it's and it's through the intertubes or internet of course and they can go ahead and pay for it right then and there so as long as you have access to the Internet this cloud-based software isn't it work great and it's gonna be very effective for you it's very inexpensive relative to what it does so here we go accepting pay wire transfer theoretically and BAM that's done viola I did want to show you something else though let's log into my personal o'doole account so I want to show you here of your over here it's very useful so what it does is let's say for example a customer has a set number of hours so just just yesterday that's what I did a person was paying a month over month of $600 so what I can do now with with the new templates as I can go right in to their current use case and I can mark that as two years so it automatically creates a template for a quote for two years you know giving either a 25 or a 20 percent discount so let's say they spend $600 if it's 25% discount across two years that's going to be an average of four hundred and fifty dollars saving hundred and fifty dollars per month and what oh dude allows you to do is go into the software and duplicate that on the fly so I don't know how that template here is set up but I wish I did let's see what we can do can we go into my store student go ahead and open a new a new tab and sign in to your personal while you're doing that I did notice that we have a question that I noticed you could pay via wire transfer but customers pay via other methods such as PayPal or credit card well yes you can yes yeah in fact that's the primary use case that people actually go in and pay with their credit card they pay you know with their debt of card would have you we allow that yeah like striped etc I'll try lugging it without the odo just use your other try am yeah there we go yep updated and yep I use this I give you this example exactly and this is what I was talking about so here we go let's say this one person here it was currently is $600 this is what they're currently paying I can go right into here action see this all this has been added see this is a go live database so I can copy this at two years three years four years five years so they're currently paying $600 let's go right in action copy to five years give it a second to think and bam discount already calculated thirty five percent across-the-board twenty eight eight that easy it's really nice it's like it's really for us as has business advisors and ends up saving us quite a bit of time beyond that let's go back to the quote you can change that further let's say I want to copy to monthly it's already done say I want to create a new quote easy as that and this is what I was talking about by the pre-selected options I punch in oh do monthly and this is something you can do as well you have this set up as different templates this is my template for our sales persons or person and what I do is that is punching out of monthly and it gives me the ten most commonly used applications one user per month etc discounts let's say I want to have this be ten copy this over to ten as well and here we go counting etc and of course just to remind you at oh do your new missionary user discount is five dollars so instead of being $30 per user 25 and you you don't multiply you a few add let's say you have a you know sales invoicing that's $15 a piece that's $30 times or plus let's say four or five users that's if it's four years the users in your an additional user that's 100 bucks hundred bucks plus plus 30 hundred and thirty bucks very very straightforward very transparent pricing that's at odoo pricing calm yeah so here we go ten users all these different applications five hundred and fifty dollars reoccurring monthly of course you can change this to do you want to do yearly if you buy a year's worth of software you get 25% and so you get 20% and if it's two years you get 25% so the more you buy the more you save I always remember that here we go same principle any questions yes actually we just got one in Medellin boom Merritt asked can can you edit a quote if you are using a set template yes you certainly can here's a set template for example here's a set template let's go back to monthly writes in oh do tells me that it's monthly I hit save okay so it's 325 right let's say someone calls in and goes oh actually we want to add email marketing just put email that comes up right away price is pre-selected save and close instantly added and in fact they they don't want manufacturing so we take out manufacturing talking about changing the structure of that tract home so no longer i gonna buy a 3-bedroom 2bath you can buy that and modify it you know you're gonna make it a four-bedroom two-bath you're gonna make it a six bedroom one bath whatever you want to do whatever kooky ideas you guys might have you can do that with Oh - SH which is again a dedicated cloud solution change the date to whatever you want upon receipt etc hit save and this can be sent out so yes to answer your question and yes you certainly may change the look in the set template the only thing you can't change is once it's already been sent and accepted once the person's paid then you can't change that yeah but beyond that yeah any further questions yes I'm a follow-up from Madeline actually so where do you go to create a corpse templates so what you do is you go to your CRM let's go back to the dashboard this is my dashboard I go to my CRM I go into my opportunity if it ever loads which it will let's say for example I have Luis pana Venga mainline called them yesterday told me you know he wants a B and C I hit new coat ation and that takes me to that new screen I hit the expiration date to be tomorrow code template and these are the different different templates the what comes up automatically is that success pack hours let's say you wants a basic pack they're good and out of line and that's how it's done when I can go into Oh do oh do monthly and that template is drawn up hopefully that answered your question so yeah what you want to do it's all generated from your CRM and from your CRM for to
