let's take a look at how we deal with signatures in go proposal and how we can include multiple signatories if we need to so for this section we deal with this in the complete proposal area when we're sending a proposal to a client you can see in here that we've got our primary contact details so i've got the ceo in here of the client that i'm dealing with and then further down we've got the additional signatures area where we can include other people who are going to sign off the documents if i need to build in a third or fourth person i've got the add another signatory button here and we can see the core details of the additional person who's going to be signing that document if i want to remove any of the signatories i've got the bin icon in the corner here i can also define what it is they need to sign off so if i need them to sign the privacy notice and if they need to authorize the engagement i can check these boxes here so on the signature page now everybody with a required signature will appear on this list here they can use an e pen to sign this we can select a style that we're going to use if we want to just have a pre-written signature or we can upload our own as well within here we can also preview the proposal and the letter of engagement before we sign this off and then finally we've got the confirm your acceptance button here which will add that extra layer of protection for your firm by ip stamping and time and date stamping the document that we send once that's all been done we can confirm the acceptance we will see a page here which will show the confirmed signatures and whether they've been ticked off or not and then the final stage here is for the client just to hit complete and that will submit the signed layer of engagement very important they hit that complete section there then at this stage the client will be redirected to whatever your setup is within go proposal so within here i'm using gocardless i'm redirecting them to set up their mandate this may be a landing page that you're using or if nothing set up yet it would just be a thank you page that would finish the process off now if we come into the admin area under proposals we can see the status of all of our signatures so if we click on the signatures button here we can see we've still got three outstanding signatures in this instance and we can resend the email for all of these individuals if we need to get that signature if someone has signed it and someone hasn't we can see here that we'll also see both of those statuses in there as well so it's very easy...
