hey in this video i am going to give a portion of one of the modules of my course the classroom away for free here on youtube it's the entire section of the contract as you saw in the title for wedding photography the classroom is wedding photography and wedding filmmaking this video specifically is the wedding photo contract line by line everything that's in it this is just one portion of two hours of the free module if you'd like to see the entire free module there is a link in the description you can sign up to see the whole thing i go over a consultation meeting with my buddy steven and his wife laura all the questions that clients typically ask in that kind of meeting and all of my responses obviously go over this contract and then i go through with my assistant how we invoice all of our clients and how we manage these contracts within my client relation manager so if you'd like to see the whole thing you can click the link in description and get the entire module but for now if you'd like to just check out the contract here on youtube feel free to stick around and watch it all right contracts the beloved contracts i like to call them agreements i never call them contracts i always say agreements in my emails i don't know if that's because somebody told me once that agreement is the better term um i think either way i i feel like agreement just feels softer than saying like per your contract i feel like it communicates like well per what we agreed upon right our agreement and then you can point to the actual contract the actual agreement i'm going to log out of the slide deck so i can literally just pull them up for you and we're going to go line by line through my contract and show you exactly what it looks like so you can see and you know what i'm perfectly okay if you want to use some of these lines because i used these lines from other people who came before me other people who were involved in the industry friends from years past that i modeled my contract after and i know many people have modeled theirs off of mine point of clarity i have never consulted um with a legal team or with an attorney on my contract so you have to you have to know that if you use any of these lines or any of this wording that it might not hold up where you live or might not hold up in general i still don't know if all of my lines hold up but i've never been sued i've never needed to bring a contract to court and the way i justify it and not having to pay for an attorney at this point is if i ever had to refund a...
