hey welcome to my channel my goal is to help you make your lives easier by hunting all of your technology related questions through the tutorials that I upload every week so don't forget to hit the subscribe button right here and Ebell notification icon just below this video and help me help you in this Gmail signature setup and tutorial video I'm gonna quickly show you how to set up your gmail signature with image and logo so that the emails that you send look more professional first I'm going to show you how to access the signature function in your Gmail as soon as you login to your Gmail you can see a settings cog on the top right-hand screen and if you click on it and click on settings you will see the different settings that are available for you in Gmail and to access the signature function you have to scroll down till you find it and here we can see the signature function and if people create a new signature it will be appended at the end of all outgoing messages so to create a new signature click on create new and type in a signature name and click on create and you can type in whatever information you want the receiver to see at the end of your email and as soon as you're done with that just change the signature defaults so for new emails use click on a k1 and on the emails that reply to or for word click on a k1 and whatever information that you type here will be appended at the bottom of emails to save the changes scroll to the bottom and click on Save Changes which will save the changes that you have done here and the new signature that you have made now creating your signature in the screen itself is recommended for people who want to have really simple signatures maybe only with their names and their phones but if you want to create a gmail signature with image and logo and which looks really professional and formatted I will recommend you to create that in a Google document as the Google document has a lot of formatting options which we can't see here if we create a signature here itself so what I will do is I will create a professional-looking signature with image and logo on a Google document and then I will just copy and paste it here to create our signature I could we go on to my drive and I click on new Google document and as soon as the board document opens we can start creating our signature now to create the signature we will have to insert a table and the Google document because we want separate spaces to put our image or logo and a separate space to put the written text so I will click on insert and I will click on table and according...
