[Music] in cjr you can assign documents to one or more employees for them to record their electronic signature this can be used for documents such as an employment contract a code of conduct agreement or any other document that requires a signature system administrators can create and assign e-signature documents and can enable designated employees to do this too by adding them as e-signature administrators to do this select settings from the left-hand menu choose employee data then select documents from the e-signature administrators drop-down list select the designated employees then click save to create assignable document from the left hand menu select the documents tab then click create signable document in the wizard that appears begin by uploading a microsoft word or pdf document to be signed or select a document that has already been uploaded to the system then click continue next indicate if all recipients must sign the same document or if each recipient must sign their own copy of the document if the recipients will each sign their own copy of the document for example for policy agreements and contracts simply select the relevant employees if all recipients must sign a single document for example for a quote that requires multiple signatories select an employee then click add recipient to add additional employees in this case you can optionally select set a signing order and indicate the order in which the signatories must sign the document when you click continue the document opens and you can add the required signing fields from the options in the right-hand pane click and drag to add the fields in the appropriate places in the right-hand pane you can assign the field to one of the document recipients edit the default field name and indicate if a field is mandatory when the document is ready click continue to compose the email message that will be sent to the recipients and indicate when the document expires nobody will be able to sign the document after this date finally click send document the recipients will receive an email notification as well as a task in the my tasks area of their dashboard from where they can sign the document to track the progress of your assignable documents from the left hand menu select the documents tab and open the signal documents document category the status column shows the overall status of each document and you can click the eye icon to open a read-only version of the document which lists the employees who received the document and whether they've signed it once a document has been signed by all the required signatories you can download it [Music]
