hey there it's vero sending you a little recording just to take you through um the proposal contract invoice that i use i thought it was easier to just record you know and explain what is what uh other than just sending you the link so this is um an example of how i do it different designers do it in different ways so feel free to take you know what feels good for you you know adapt and um yeah do whatever feels good to you so i use dubsado website allows you to send a proposal contract and invoice all in one link so i have one link and um three different documents within that one link and i'm using a customized proposal template which i can add the link below too if you wanted to go that route website offers some very basic templates that you can use which is totally fine i've used for many years when i started my business and it works just as right as it does with a really beautiful design so up here you see i added client name so whenever i add a lead to a project or client to a project their name would populate here and it's just to highlight that the proposal is really for them in specific sometimes i customize proposal based on what a client needs so sometimes the proposal might look a little different but the foundation of the proposal is always the same i'm excited to partner with you so this is just a little bit about me at this point the client already is ready to commit we already spoke um and they feel comfortable you know moving forward with me and they feel comfortable moving forward with my pricing as well so this is a little bit about me um and then i just break down what i offer usually it populates right here with the offer that i have um just saying you know you're gonna get your logos your color palette your fonts and all of that along with the pricing and as i was do upfront to secure the sport in my calendar and then a la carte so for things design things that are not branding like business cards stationary design anything that is in addition to the branding i offer vip design days which are basically one day where i focus completely on a client's design and over here they can book up front for a discount so they can select how many design days they would like sometimes i also work with other experts so copywriters strategists photographers developers uh so sometimes i will add a section down here kind of like this where they can also add you know if they want to work with me and a copywriter for the website then everything is just in one proposal but those i am really selective and um sometimes a client doesn't need that so...
