in this demonstration we'll show you how easy it is to invite other people to sign your documents we also demonstrate how you can allow an m40 to invite a witness to validate their signature login and add a document you would like signed from the My Documents inbox click add document browse your computer for the file and upload it now you can invite other people to sign the document by clicking invite navigate to the page in your document that needs signing using the page icons at the right click add signature and then enter the details of the person you would like to sign the document at that point for this demonstration we'll go to signature settings and click add witness as you can see this adds an additional signature block to the page for the witness to the invitees signature you can reposition the sync to block for the invit II and the signature block for their witness we would like them to appear on the page if you need to add your own signature to the document navigate to the page where you'd like it to appear add another signature block simply type your own email address and invite yourself once you've positioned all your signatures and you're happy with their settings and placement click Next for the final step you can review the invitations set a sequential signing order if you require it and set the due date if you've enabled SMS authentication in your account you'll also be able to select here whether you require this second form of identification for each of the invitees or not click send and you're done the invitations design your document have now been sent out by email while secured signing will issue automated reminders you can also manage progress from the my documents in progress folder sign documents online with secured signing significantly reduces your costs and proves your productivity customer service and business workflow thank you for watching this demonstration
