hello and welcome back to our next video here we will guide you through the process for adding supporting evidence to the application the final section is section 9 which is a summary of the important details entered for the application where you can upload supporting documents such as proof of identity and scanned copies of the sign illustration and application form in our example your client mr. Smith has elected to pay by credit card in an earlier video in section 3 of the online application form you will have completed the credit card details if you did not authorize the card in section 3 you can do so here the final step is to add documentary evidence to support the application as you can see this has been divided into several types where there is more than one applicant we list the evidence required for each separately the documents you upload must be certified by a suitable certifier for now you must certify items in writing before they are scanned or photographed here we are uploading identity documentation simply select the type of evidence you are going to upload you can then browse for the image file you want to upload or simply drag it in assuming you are happy with the quality of the evidence and you have the check permission you'll be able to put a tick in the checkbox if you don't have the check permission you may need to share your application with another user who will do this for you we accept a wide range of file types are shown here but please note it is vital that these files are of sufficient resolution and quality for us to accept low resolution or badly crop images will unfortunately not pass our checks when the policy is submitted and will therefore delay the application the documentation rules and guide PDF here gives you more information about what documentation can be sent in and more information on who can be a suitable certifier you may also be asked to add source of wealth evidence for each of the different sources of wealth you added back in section 5 finally you will need to scan in and upload the sign illustration and signed application form use the download function to obtain an electronic copy of the application which can then be signed by your client and then scanned and uploaded here you are also able to download copies of the evidence loaded and the application data in an XML format our smart validation system will prevent you from submitting applications until all the required documents have been uploaded the Handy summary is the final check that everything is in order once the green tick appears and if you have the appropriate submit permissions you will be able to click Submit and send the application to us if you have any questions about what you've seen please email web support at RL 360.com or call them on plus 4416 2468 1685 thank you for
