[Music] hello hello how are you guys today hi happy friday if you guys can hear us will you give us a quick thumbs up anybody out there perfect thanks nikki appreciate you all right we're here today to talk about our new medical history form and we're going to be honest in the beginning and let you know that this thing is launching in next week or two-ish um and so there's some things that you're gonna see today that are gonna be tweaked and fixed and changed we wanted to get it in front of you now so you could see it give us some feedback and make sure that we're gonna deliver what you want to see whenever it goes live so we're going to take you through a couple different screens we're going to go through the web command center we're going to go through the patient portal and also the provider app so you get a good idea of how this thing is going to work across all the formats uh so we're gonna we'll notice some things that might look a little bit you know glitchy or buggy or so or whatever we'll let you know what those things are and what's gonna happen to fix them as we go forward so victoria how's life over there in columbus today it's good it's kind of a dark and dreary day over here but you know we've actually had some nice weather so how's dallas well you can see in our room we're in a new room today it's bright and sunny we're about to move offices here at aesthetic records so we're kind of in a in a limbo right now of our studio but it's a great day in dallas and a good day to launch at least to start the launch of something new so we're going to go ahead and jump right in and if you guys have questions or thoughts or comments you know how to do the little question at the top or bottom depending on how you're looking at this give us a chat or q a we'll get those answered asap so we're going to go ahead and switch over and take you through sort of the reasons behind this what we hope to achieve with it and also tell you what it's not going to be able to do because i think that they're let's think about the history forms we're thinking many times about like a true incredibly robust health diagnostic you know form and that's not really what we're aiming to do in a sense because the patient's also filling this out and so much of it has got to be you know enough to get them through it so if you think about filling out forms even us as you know customers patrons of places to go through a form that has you know 87 questions you tend to have a drop-off rate...
