hello hello and welcome to another episode of Coach Ani the podcast this is the last one of 2022. don't worry it'll still be going on in 2023. um I first off hope that everyone had like an amazing holiday season and a wonderful Christmas I most definitely took some time off my boyfriend and I we actually drove with all four of our dogs a 76 pound German Shepherd poodle a 56 pound Belgian Malinois and two french cheese at 30 and 26 pounds drove 25 hours each way to Missouri to go spend Christmas with my family and the pups and uh the fact that I was able to do this obviously it all also if I sound sniffly oh my God allergies are like beating my ass today but the fact that I was able to take the time off I actually go do this have no stress about having to work and having to get done and like oh guys it felt so nice it felt so ridiculously nice I chose to not work and there were some moments where I felt like doing things and I did things but otherwise I really just spent time with my family and my dogs and we let them run around free and wild and I just feel very like calm really calm really happy very excited for next year which brings me to the topic that I really want to talk about today so here's fun fact here something I learned about myself um a couple months ago I was talking with a friend and I made a joke and I was like oh my gosh they're just like some I have like these moments and times in my life where I become super super obsessed with something and I think I've talked about it before but I'm like sometimes it's um oh my gosh probably when I was like 20 it was the cinnamon rolls from McDonald's I will never be McDonald's disgusting but I was obsessed with those I've been obsessed with Hershey kisses kisses um things like Smarties like I don't know and I was telling my friend this and he's like oh yeah that's called a hyper fixation you have ADHD and I was like um excuse me he's like yeah that's that's called a hyper fixation um a lot of people who have ADD or ADHD or autistic like have that and I'm like what do do do I have do I have ADHD I'm sorry what so I actually ended up doing a lot of research on it and talking to people and seeing like I don't feel like the symptoms or something wrong with me but seeing like what what are you what are people like when they have ADHD what do these things mean and I realize oh my God I do and definitely um it's not add it's ADHD because the hyperactivity if you know me you know I...
