hello welcome to smart circuit code application today we're going to show you how to use practice module which is used for planning training planning practices on the left hand side on the top you've got a function button you use to add new practice in here you specify the dates and the time it could be tomorrow at 7 55 in the evening and you need to give the practice the name the location is normally specified but you can also define it and in order for your practice to be complete you need to using the options add some drills you've got a list of drills say you've got a choice and you use two of them or even three in this case and also you can search for a particular drill and if the drill is not on the database it can be manually added by using this button and also if you need a reminder in order to be reminded about the practice you can specify it here by using that this popover window then you save it by pressing done and your practice lance here on the list on the right hand side you've got a window showing the view of that practice the basic details its name location what it contains what kind of drills it has in it and the equipment which is going to be used before the practice can start you may need to invite your players to the training session and you can do it by using this little icon in the bottom right corner and you can invite them either by email or by a small text message sending them a message over the phone let us say that we are inviting them by email and the players appear as a list provided that before you have set them up i mean you entered their email addresses on the database they all ticked here and you can choose the ones you want to inform and by pressing down you get this template email containing all the necessary details which can go to to them i'm not going to send it because it's just a demonstration and i'm not going to save it as a draft but i've got this option also as part of training preparation you can create a report as a pdf hard copy which has this structure which is a proposal contains attendance list the focus of the practice necessary equipment types of drills and the field which is a free text field for some notes you want to make during the training if you don't want to take your ipad with you you can simply use this report creator by pressing done to create a pdf for making manual notes during training for example evaluating the players during the practice and even apart from printing it for yourself you can also by pressing this icon here share it with other trainers other coaches from your...
