I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

help them is if we know the pain and the pain is private right so yesterday was really interesting I mean we're agnostic here at more details so we leverage different types of accounting platforms you've heard of QuickBooks Online you've heard of Xero and many applications that go with it and now what we're starting to see from people who are contacting us is that these are larger organizations so we've dealt with a lot of large organizations and migrating them to the cloud because we like a challenge that's what it is I like putting together a puzzle so we still cater to smaller businesses smaller enterprises and all that good stuff but recently what we've been seeing is larger organizations understanding that they need to migrate to the cloud so they seem to be still at the end of the the growth bell curve if you know what I mean of adoption to cloud technology and the fear set seems to be because of the this file size of the desktop platform there's file restrictions there's capacity issues there's performance issues and all this kind of stuff which is you know things that I haven't like we've explored we've had to go through this Avenue but we're starting to see more and more and more and I think it's again because of larger we're going have been procrastinating to go to the cloud so yesterday we had several prospect calls but two of them really stick out in my mind these were large organizations we're helping one is a call center out east adopting from what's QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks Online and then there's a healthcare professional firm in in the Ontario area that we're helping again going from desktop and rethinking Xero is the best fit for them again we need to go through some discovery stages so it's really interesting about these call them discovery calls is we're not going to automatically sit there with our prescribing pen and go okay we listen to your pain here's a solution go to the pharmacy take the pill and here's my bill right we're not like that so when it comes to these larger organizations we often find that we have to take a journey take it one step at a time and really listen to their pain points and get some sample data like what is the sample data from their CRM so that leads to the point of this video today is how do I get my cerium data into my accounting platform and with all of our large organizations they have one common uniqueness if you will there's something that's in all of them as diversified as they are regardless if they're in baseball goodness gracious SEO maintenance we have another one radio station they all have these really unique CRM s so customer relationship module you know that there's management systems people call them different things but it's the way of keeping track of your clients through a portal oftentimes creating an invoice sometimes could be your employees going in clocking-in clock e now and it's a way of maybe sometimes also keeping the social aspect or their client care like the number calls to the clients all that kind of good stuff its client care really is what CRM is but this has been like the workhorse to this organizations that I'm speaking to you right like this is the workhorse the accounting system is secondary and that's why there's that leg and trying to adopt cloud technologies because they've been working on this core it's their their CRM and that leads to the problem how do we connect the dots so now with cloud technology it's about moving big data it's not about paper right like what these organizations are doing now is the manual keystrokes or the manual data entry with paper so they've leveraged cloud technology with their CRM but are still in the back office doing a traditional workflow with you know paper or keystrokes and it's just becoming very time-consuming in fact the common thing with all of these individuals larger organizations is that they're behind they get behind they get behind in their reporting whether it's to their investor to the governance agency or just generally knowing how the heck the organization is doing so they're working in the state of flux where they don't have that pulse you know what I mean like they don't have the pulse even though the the customer side is being handled really well which makes sense like us we're customer centric right but the back office isn't so what we've been able to do in having some of these conversations is start looking what's called applications right like what are some apps that we can move the data electronically because what we want to do is we want to take this data in a data form not a paper form and move this in so this video the point of it is to let you know that even though you've created a a CRM which is a great platform look for an accounting professional that can handle that CSV data or that electronic data and put it into an accounting system for you so we can wrap up the the month end report so the quarter end reports get everything ready for you and there's lots of tools that are out there so here's a couple of Tippit's because everybody wants Tibbets right and maybe there's a few accounting professionals listening to this too and i think that'd be super cool so things you want to look for from an accounting professional when you're trying to get your CRM data into a accounting platform listen to words like cloud technology you want to hear things like QuickBooks Online Xero you want to hear all that kind of stuff do some research because not not one is better than the other but they have different fits for different industries and for different clients so similar to not everyone's driving a Toyota Sienna minivan like I am which by the way I totally rock it and it looks good some people are driving maybe something a little more sporty right like a Ferrari so there's different fits for different people for different organizations ask a lot of questions look for the knowledge set that's coming back to you on that now with migrating the data what you really want to hear is the terms of bridges like how are we going to bridge the data because what happens is with your CRM that's really unique to your industry there's usually not a direct link into your accounting platform we need to find a way to piggyback that information and carry it across and put it into your accounting system easy and accurately you want to avoid keystrokes you want to avoid human error so you want to move data electronically and you want to hear things like bridges you want to hear things like like an example of an application could be a Zed axis or SAS ants or look for the accounting professionals knowledge and using core platforms and the different types of conversion tools or import tools that are available what you're really looking for if I'm my accounting professional is the standardized process that they already have in place based on other individuals other clients that they've been able to use this process successfully and that should be no problem I certainly would be able to provide that kind of information so those are the types of things you want to look for now can you do it yourself I'd say you know I'm never to say never right so if you're ambitious enough if you're a cloud thinker if you're an integrator if you have the time you could probably link the two together based on those information sets that I gave you but I do believe at the end of the day you should had somebody as an accountability coach or somebody that overlooking your system to make sure the systems are working together so we know the role of the bookkeeper is changing we're not handling normal bookkeeping data but what you want to have a somebody who has strong bookkeeping knowledge and strong fin technology now what's fin tech well come on we got to sound cool somehow financial technology somebody who knows financial technology somebody who knows these applications it can help answer your questions for you so really what you're looking for is a systems integrator somebody who create this customized accounting platform for you monitor it manage it for you and coach you along the way if you're doing it yourself most times individuals like this like myself are also doing the bookkeeping scope as well so there's my cheesy plug but anywho this is information it's it's based on the calls I had yesterday's the calls we're getting in were swamped right now and hopefully hopefully I'm gonna be able to hire here shortly to take on the additional
