this video is going to walk you through how to add a payment to your unit contingent to attend summer camp this summer so i'm here at thecampalexanderbsa.org website and i want to log into my my council account so i click my accounts on the top right then i need to log in and put in your email address and your password and log in now i have a lot of events because i'm an administrator on all these events but you'll probably only have one or two current events so you want to click on the event that you're attending i'm going to go to summer camp week eight for this one and i can see my my group for this event is my made up troop here that that i use for these videos so click on that troop and here you can see your group information so i can see uh that i've got some some folks confirmed to come to camp i'm not assigned to a campsite um you should be so if you're not please let us know and then i can uh i can make some payments and things like that so our next payment is coming up uh at the end of this month and i want to make sure that uh i'm making my payment on time so i have some account funds uh not all of you will have this something you do that rolled over from the previous year or maybe you've been applying or funding your your unit account for one reason or another but if you have that you want to use those account those funds first so i'm going to apply some account funds just to show you how to do that if you have them and so our next payment is for 75 dollars additional per person so i want to make sure i'm just going to add 75 dollars per person in these empty slots and these empty slots just uh it means these are these are members that i have as you can see i've added some information for a couple of these people down here and i'll show you in another video how to do that but i'm just going to put in 75 per person for these first three so i can show you how to make a payment on in using the other way so if you have enough funding in your unit account there to do this you want to make sure you use that i still have 440 remaining after these three but we're going to skip that so i want to hit save so i'm partially funded there for everybody else we want to make a payment so i'm going to click make payment and here i can see that i've got a few that i've funded um like this was one it's a youth slot that only has 230 dollars left as opposed to 305 so i want to make make a payment of 75 per person for the other ones and and likely you will only be doing one or the other method here um but essentially you want you want to have paid 110 per person after our first payment structure and when you're done with all those you can click continue i'm not really going to put money down here today so it's going to ask me to do that um and you can you can see that i've i've added 75 for each one of these people i want to proceed to the checkout um and then this is where you're going to put in your payment information your customer information um and you'll click make payment so i'm not going to be making that payment uh officially today but you do need to and that's that's how you make the payment
