hello wildcat family my name is brian ferraro with paterson arts and science charter school i'm just going to walk you through the online registration process for all high school and middle school sports so first thing you're going to do is you're going to go to familyid.com as you see up here if you just type in familyid.com it'll bring you to this page okay the first thing you're going to do is you have to create accounts you don't have one already this is the same registration process that the public schools use so if you register for something in the public school before you might already have an account um but if you don't have an account you press create account and it'll bring you to this page you fill in all this information um just once and this is for your your whole family okay so you only need to do this one time now you don't need to join the email list uh you do need to agree right here to uh their terms of service and then make sure you do not click i want to create a new organization because you're going to be joining our organization you're not creating your own so you click that and then you submit this information i'm not going to do it because i'm already logged in here so after you create your account it'll look like this okay you see up here it'll say whatever your family's name is family account so when now that you're ready to register for a sport you're gonna press find programs because our school is the program okay you're gonna press find programs all you need to type in is patterson and the r school is the first one here so find programs you search patterson patterson arts and science charter schools this first one okay right from here you click on it now you need to choose either high school whether you're students in high school or whether they're middle school once you click uh the high school registration page it'll bring you this is the actual registration okay um first and foremost if you have any trouble once you're here up here this 1-800 number 1-800-311-4060 they'll be able to help you with any questions that you might have they do this every day all day so they're the experts but for whatever reason if they can't help you our contact information is also over here on the right there's my email address and then the school nurse's email address to get in contact with us so as far as the actual registration first you're gonna click whatever sport you're gonna choose that's the section okay here you're gonna put in your students okay that your your student athletes and your family so you're gonna click new participant and you're gonna fill in all their information okay all this information for their your student emergency contacts physician insurance...
