hi there in this quick video I'm going to show you how to set up an electronic waver very quickly and I'm gonna actually explain it a couple times and then however is tech savvy you are you'll get it and you can tune out or you can watch the whole video and learn more advanced topics so the on the back end of Swift cloud this is explanation number one the super quick version then I'll go in a little more detail on the actual back end we have a document editor that looks like the older version of WordPress it's really pretty straightforward it's a typical text editor and in it we have short codes right up here now these short codes here's an example of one right here Swift email and then the actual signature field is right here Swift signature required medium so what that does is on the front end that creates the actual field for the signature field and here's the actual signature pad right if I wanted to I could type in John Doe right get the idea I can choose my font just like that go from there I guess we should probably Center that but you get the idea so if you understand that concept then you just need to know where to create Doc's which is here go to Drive and go to the drive and click on add new right here just go ahead new you doc you could put it into a folder if you wanted to something like that we also have a wizard and on the wizard page it will ask you some setup information for your company and then it'll help you get set up it'll look something like this you can upload a a Word file and then we'll convert it into an actual HTML you're still gonna have to replace the underlines with shortcodes but you get the idea you can also start from a template or you can just start fresh start a new doc here so that's explanation number one let me dive into a little bit more details so here's how it came to me from the client right they had it in some other text editor format and you'll notice that on the actual doc you've got these underlined portions and on old-school paper and pen that's typically how things were edited and filled out and signed right so what you'll need to do is get this into some format that you can copy and paste so you could do that directly from a PDF they I think Google yeah will allow you to do that you can also click open with Google Docs if you're using Google Cloud or something like that if you've got the original source material and let's say Microsoft Word for example any of these type of systems that you can copy and paste from will do the trick so once it's in a...
