Add Summer Camp Certificate initials

Hi, In this video we are going to create  a SAN certificate request that allows you   to use multiple hosts and domain names. If i  open my certificate if you go to the subject   you can see the common name and the organization  unit organization and these parameters are there.   So, how are we going to add  any subject alternative name   as SAN To create the certificate request  open up the MMC Microsoft management console. Go to file, add snap-in and add the certificate. Manage certificate under computer  account. Click finishing and OK. Right-click here and click all tasks advanced  operations and create custom requests. Click next on the custom request to proceed  without enrollment policy, click next   we're using the same template pkcs10 click next  and this is where you give the subject names. Click apply to save. Go to the subject tab, this is  where you enter the common name Organization Finally, the country which is LK for Sri Lanka   and under alternative names we  can give multiple DNS entries. Click OK and... click apply to save. On the  extensions tab on the extended key   usage, we can specify the roles of the  certificate how the certificate can be used. I'm skipping this. On the private key tab, you  have to increase the size of the certificate   key size and I'm making it exportable this will  be beneficial for some reasons. Click apply   and click ok and click next this is where  you give a file name and you can save it. Use the same format and click finish  now you can open it up and see You can verify the CSR using Digicert verify  CSR tool for that you just select all and copy   the whole thing and go to  digicert.com/ssltools/view-csr.   So as you can see the CSR is successfully passed.  so we are good to go and you can verify the   parameters that we were given the key size and  SANS. I have completed the certificate request   using the Microsoft active directory certificate  services and this is the certificate for that CSR So if you go to the subject you can see the  command name and all other parameters are there   and most importantly if you go to the subject  alternative name we can see all the DNS names   are listed down here so this is how you   create a certificate with the subject  alternative name.
