hey folks welcome back to another one of our tutorials today we'll be looking at what happens after your enrollment is approved now you'll notice on this profile here i only have a few options enrollment forms can't today financial in my account now under this i have a camper who is not enrolled in anything but if we enroll him in something we get a few more options so i am going to click here take him through the enrollment process which you can watch in another video and then we'll be right back all right now that our camper johnny is enrolled on the left-hand column you can see we've added a new tab called authorized pickups one of the first things you'll want to do is head in here and make sure that you add some authorized pickups one of the first things you'll want to do is head in and assign yourself as an authorized pickup every family is different and we don't want to make any assumptions about who who should and should not be taking children out of summer camp for that reason we're asking parents to go in have themselves authorized pickups as well as any other adult that you approve of your child leaving camp with and these can be changed up until you know the end of camp so you can change it now you can add in um tuesday morning of summer camp a family friend that will pick your child up at the end of the day but we need to make sure you come into the family portal hit the authorized parents tab and complete it here now that i've added myself you can see i can de-authorize or i can add another pickup if i wanted to add my wife or family friend i would just click that and go through the process again another step you'll want to take between now and the start of summer camp is coming down here to forms now you'll see your campers here if they have more than one camper they'll appear but to view the forms that you've filled out so far you'll click here now you'll notice all the digital waivers from the enrollment process are here they're completed but below we have our upload forms now if you had a physical on hand when you did the enrollment and you were able to upload that awesome all the power to you thank you very much for being prepared but if you were not able to get a physical with your child's pediatrician for a month or two you need to upload it later we understand that we're here to support you in that so i'll head into the immunization record i can click to upload for my documents on my computer i can do the same for my physical and then if i have a health care form or anything else i would upload that here if...
