hi there it's chris murray with childcare dash marketing.com coming to you with another weekly video success tip and this week i want to talk to you about your summer camp at this time of year it's time for you to start thinking about promoting your summer camp rather heavily if you want to get full and i've got some ideas for you in the accompanying article below we have a suggestion on five different themes that you could bring into your program just to give you some thought starters on how to dust off your themes and your ideas for what you're doing this summer to try to add more buzz into your summer camp program change things up a bit to differentiate yourself from other programs in the area and so one of my favorites on the of the five theme ideas below in this article is the around the world theme and i've got some clients actually using this idea throughout the country and it's really the idea of going virtually around the world and getting your students and your kids to experience the culture and the fun of different countries learning some different languages that normally they wouldn't learn having exposure to italian for example and taking them on a field trip to an italian restaurant so they can make pizza make their own pizza and stuff like that so there's a lot of fun that you can have with the around the world theme you can also collect pictures and have them make a passport uh and have them make a um an album a travel journal that they'll be able to keep and you'll be able to um always treasure as a parent so uh that's the you know the the idea around this week's video tip is just to get you thinking about how to uh pro give more buzz and more fun and flair by dusting off your summer camp and um change up the themes using the the thought starters below and then also the second piece of that is um how to fully monetize or fully fill the gaps if you will within your summer program what does that mean it means that really taking a hard look at the revenue ups and downs throughout the weeks if you have a 95 percent full summer camp because you have full-time enrollment parents not choosing weeks here and there but taking all 13 weeks of summer you're doing extremely well but most of you that's not the case you have pockets of weeks that are really full and then you have pockets that maybe aren't so full and so your job for this summer is to look at past summer revenue trends and figure out what we can do with your policies and promotions to help fill those gaps and help you fully maximize your summer revenue okay so this comes into play of course if you have teachers in your...
