over here on the right in the red columns your goal is to match the red columns exactly and so what that means is that means dropping some questions that already exists means adding some questions and it also means modifying some questions to the point where you get a dead match an absolute dead match okay so i created this to make life a little easy for you it'll it'll definitely help so let's go through the process we've got the drop column and the add column so drop drop means if you get an na in this column that means that this question exists in the intake assessment so it exists I'll go here's intake so this is the guy that we are going to craft and crafts and crafts and so the goal is to make these questions match these questions exactly so once again we're going to add some we're going to delete some and we're going to modify some so I'm going to skip this one for a moment because this one's a little different there we go referral date that's a great one okay so referral date as you can see is an na over here and what na means is it I took a this equation went out and took a crack at finding referral date over here and it failed so what that means is referral date exists here but doesn't exist in our desired final list so it goes away it's that simple delete those are easy but there's a wrinkle to this and that wrinkle is some of these are close so for example for active client list you need to eyeball a little bit and say a hole there it is it's act now it's active client list and so the question doesn't go away it just needs to get modified now if you goof and you say off this one needs to go away and you don't spot the question that's close no big deal you just delete it and then you realize later I should have created it and so you just recreate it it's not that big a deal the goal is to get here so our questions are exactly what you see over here and so active client list what you would do there it is is you would edit it and you would get rid of the four so it would now be a dead match okay so that's the drop column the drop column is if you get an NA that's probably an indicator that the question goes away now let's take a look at the other side and I'm going to add one more comment purple conditional questions so I'll talk about that in a moment but that one's one more nuance to this process okay the add column is kind of the reverse the add column is here is a is a question that we need session number and we can't find it the equation can't find it over here which means it needs to be added so session number means to get added intake date needs to get added a jet intake does not need to get added because we don't have an NA there it found a match I'm sure enough we can look down here there it is boom and what I would recommend is once you change the name of this question 24 active client list change it here as well and then take a look we get a match which means don't delete it because it does in fact live over here and over here we get a match to meaning don't add it because now it exists over here but I'll leave it for you for whoever's doing this this problem and so this the drop and the add columns are not the end-all be-all the goal is just to create an intake assessment that's a dead match and use these fields as a clue and I would say you're going to probably get a little bit downstream and you're probably need to email me once again this thing needs to happen pretty dang fast okay finally let's take a look at the intake assessment from this perspective okay referral source type if we choose court we get this if we choose law enforcement and you see we get this if we choose school we get this if we choose other we get this and then turn if we choose other we get another question so that's a conditional rule block and so that is I'm just going to go highlight it purple would be good because they're purple over here so tell you what I'll do read text and then I'll do read text over here to indicate that they're kind of the same questions and so this is so dang complicated what's our solution just let me handle this one so these fields don't touch so we'll just create this rule don't touch the red questions leave for John you'll see these in the intake assessment you won't in the termination assessment there are no conditional I don't think there are any conditional
