before diving into this video so let's go into working documents I'll show you a little bit around there if you have any personal Docs you can upload them here this would be an area that Doc's could access to your you know w9 truck license or referral form this is helpful things you need to know which is like the office alarm codes and access codes and then lease invoice that you can use so these are good to have let's go to zip forms so here you can see I'm actually logged in as Jodi and this is integrated into hers it forms account I can open up zip forms plus directly from here or I can create a transaction in zip forms from sky slope really what I think you would use this for is going to find a form that you've got in zip forms and then selecting the checkbox next to it and sending it first signature in digit sign so I'm going to grab this blank I ABS so I don't mess up anything for Jodi and we're gonna draw it over to digi sign so I've got the buyers IBS we're going to click on digi sign now Jody's got two transactions in the sky slope right now so if this IBS was going to be assigned to one of these transactions I would select it here but since it does not I'm going to choose this button here at the top right that says new property now this is where this is where you would be able to select a template I it would be really good to set up some templates in your digits EIN to place signatures on documents your common commonly having a signature on so that you don't have to place the initials and the signatures and the dates every single time Jody doesn't have any templates set up so I don't have that as an option here but there are other videos in the sky slope Support Center on how to create templates for digit sign that I would highly recommend you watch so we don't have any templates we're going to just hit next now we get to determine who is going to sign the document well even though this is an I ABS let's pretend this is something that actually would go out for signatures for a buyer or seller you would click on new recipient and start typing in their name say he's the seller and me would be Jody is the agent and in this situation we're not going to have Jody sign and let's say we've got two sellers so you can have them both sign first or you can add a group and have Bob sign it first and Sarah sign it second there's really no you know wrong way to do this that's totally up to you as a preference in this situation though I want to have Bob and Sarah sign it both at the same time I don't want them to have to wait on one another so once you've got your signature recipients set up you'll click Next you'll go into your document and there's a signature box here you click on it and then click on the page and the box pops up or in this instance we need initials so we're going to put Bob's initials here and Sarah's initials here and then date date signed for Sarah and the date signed for Bob there's some other fields here writable read only you know full name checkbox those are pretty self-explanatory if you want to get more in-depth on what all these other different fields mean there is a digit sign video and sky slope that you can look over I don't really want to get into it in this video because I'm trying to give you just an overview of how to use it so once you have gotten all the fields placed you'll go back up here to the top right and click send now since I put in fake email addresses I don't want to actually send this because I don't know who would get it so I'm gonna click back and back again and now we're in digit sign here let me show you so I'm on the dashboard I can go to digit sign and Jodi hasn't sent anything for signatures yet so that's why there's no documents here the sent ones would be in this area any drafts you're working on this is our draft let's go ahead and trash that so we don't confuse Jodi and then this is where the templates would be set up you could do a new template so that is
