all right we are recording like i said not typical but we welcome you all to our initial user training we've got way more slides today than we will be able to cover and we know that but you will have access to all of these slides um and we you'll also have access to this training that's being recorded and will be put on our youtube channel and we'll talk about that in some of the last slides i'll make sure that we get to that so you can figure out where you can find this so sped forms we have our 1.0 version which is is our our traditional older version if you've been around a while you've got we've got green orange and red smiley faces in there um but we have a newer version we call it our sped forms 2.0 which has a lot of new features and the smiley faces are gone but the symbols are still there because the symbols are easier for people with visual disabilities so we're just gonna get started so um we're recording this session you can find it on our youtube channel here so we'll do some educator set up some basics how to use your list some forms um maybe we'll talk about translations for sure we'll talk about history and support so as you know i trust that you've all been given a login and that login is very important the login is specific to your either district or service co-op and at this time of year our support request system gets inundated with requests i can't find my server i can't find my student list i can't get logged in and what's happening is you're not using the login that's assigned to your district so make sure that you know what that is and you can double check by looking up here because it's going to have the name of the server so if you were for southwest west central service co-op it would say that right up here in this case it's our sped forms forms demo server another thing that happens at this time of year is over the summer your technology people maybe change the browser setup in your district and so you need to go go in and make sure that you go through these browser setup instructions for any device that you use so if you're using a desktop in your in your office or in your classroom but at home you're working on a laptop you need to do the browser setup instructions for both and that's really going to impact how your forms print the other thing you need to do is make sure you know what your username is and your password so we're going to go back to my slides or so this this would be excuse me this is what i would look like when i'm logging in to our demo so i'm just going...
