force may need to provide you and click proceed now let's get started on your vehicle identification number you can find this number on your vehicle registration card your insurance declaration page or directly on the vehicle once you've validated the information click proceed now it's time to answer the question do you have a business if you have a business with an employer identification number upload a couple of pieces of identification in order to manually verify who you are once you're done with your electronic verification it's going to ask you to select a signature this will be the signature you use on all of your e-signed contracts once you're finished click continue now it's time to move on to the e-sign documents portion to get started click on e-sign next to the first document in your series once that opens up you'll be able to review all of the information in your contract to continue through each page click the continue button at the top of the screen and continue to scroll on when you get to a page that requires a signature or initials the system will prompt you to go ahead and apply that once you finish with the entire contract click done and this will advance you to the next contract within your series now it's time to upload your documents this is the area that you should take a few extra minutes to make sure the pictures you are uploading include the entire page that is clearly readable and not blurry remember an administrator will be viewing these uploaded images and will need to be able to clearly see all of the information on the page in order to make the determination to approve your upload if you didn't provide a good image there is a chance that you will be rejected and you will be asked to upload a new copy this is also true if you upload an image other than what is expected an example of this would be insurance declaration page that includes coverage amounts and you provide a copy of your insurance card now let's get started click on the upload button next to the placeholder for the document you want to choose as you can see i chose the driver's license placeholder click on the browse button next to the choose you if you received a notification from your site coordinator that one of your documents may have been rejected you're going to have to log back into your open force portal account and continue on with that enrollment click on continue enrollment to replace the document once you open up your enrollment you'll see an error message that looks like this you will have to add a new uploaded image that follows the guidelines your site corner has asked for use the re-upload button next to the rejected placeholder follow the steps given before to upload a new copy from your computer
