hey guys welcome back to my channel in this video i want to give you a short tutorial and help video on how to insert travel maps into your photo books [Music] don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already done so and make sure to check the notifications bell to never miss a new video so just in the very beginning let me clarify that this video is specifically made for travel maps created or purchased from my website thetravelmacreator.com but you can use the same process if you have jpeg or image file maps from any other source so many of you were asking me how to insert the map how to make sure it's the right size and now i provide two options on the website one which is a full page map and one which is just the map itself without any labeling which you can insert anywhere you want to so i'm going to show you both examples so this is the map here i'm talking about right now and for the sake of this example i'm going to use mix book and the process will be the same in any other photo book editor so the first thing you want to do is obviously to start a photo book now let's just start a travel photo book and we're going gonna go for a landscape and i like this so start book now my editor is loading up now the first and most important thing that you need to settle on is the size of your photo book because when you order your map you will need to enter the size and orientation of the photo book so this photo book here is an 11 by 8.5 inches landscape photobook so as you can see landscape means it's horizontal and this side is 8.5 and this side is 11 inches so if you want the map to cover the entire page these are the measurements you have to enter during the order process now i'm going to show first how to import the full file which is a full page option a so i'm going to delete this little title here and that too and i'm going to come to my photos add photos and add from desktop and of course needless to say by this stage you have to download the files from the emails that are sent to you after ordering the maps so once your maps are done you're going to get them through an email in a jpeg format you have to save these onto your computer it doesn't matter where as long as you can browse them so here are my saved maps and option a is this one so i'm going to upload option a and now my photo appears here so all i need to do is drag this onto my page and i have to click on fill page and then it's going to automatically move...
