in this video we're going to log in and give you a brief introduction to your owner dashboard so just go to our website and in the upper right hand corner above the blue bar up here click on the login button once you get to the login button you need to type in your username and your password make sure you click that you're not a robot and click on login once you log in you're going to land on what we call your dashboard okay and let's take a quick look around this this page tell you what's what starting in the upper right hand corner this is our self-help videos button click on that it takes you to our library of youtube videos where you can get help for your listing okay uh the next is your subscription box this tells you that we have 352 days left on your subscription so you don't have to worry about it now but when you get down to a couple days you'll want to click on this button to renew your subscription your balance right now there's zero dollars in this account but if you had added some money to this account for featured listings highlighted listings or special offers this would have the amount of funds that you added okay we'll show you in a little bit how to add funds to your account going down to the middle of the screen here this section here is where all your listings will be shown so in this example there's only one listing in this account if you have multiple listings there'll be more to be additional rows here with those listings detailed underneath now i want to go over the columns so you know what all these different different parts are if you go to the options column edit listing and you hover over that these are all the different parts of your listing that you can go in and edit so to edit it go to edit listing and click on the section you want to work on whether it's your photos your calendar your rates okay the next column is your listing number memorize that that's important we'll need that when you call in for support this is a rental listing this is a photo this is a thumbnail of the main photo the status of the listing this one's currently inactive so you want that to be active if it says inactive you want to make sure you throw the switch on the overview tab and turn it on featured highlight and special offers or three page services you can purchase right now all these are not activated for this listing your title is your headline of your listing what the main word is wording is above your listing when we display it on the on the website created this is a date this listing was created modified is a date that it was modified these two columns are very important okay this uh helps you with performance of your listing views that means the number of times somebody has actually clicked on your listing and looked at it okay impressions or how many times we have shown your rental for somebody giving them the opportunity to click on it so impressions or how many times we've shown it to people views or how many times people have actually clicked on it and looked at it okay this column is the link that we use to import your listing in if it came in from vrbo or airbnb okay if you want to add additional listings click on add listing here and you can add additional listings and then over here is our menu system okay right now this is the expanded version but if you're on a mobile device or an ipad you might only see the icons like this and if you highlight your mouse over it or your finger over it on the phone it'll give you what the sub menus are but because we have some screen space i'm going to expand it and i'm going to show you by these triangles clicking on what all the sub menus are starting at the top we'll start reviewing each one view my vacation rentals will take you to our website and show you all of your rentals okay dashboard is just some statistics about your your um your listings if you click on that you'll just see a page with some statistics but because this is a new listing there's nothing here yet for this account if you go under the payments option to add funds this is where i was talking about this is how you get money up in here you just put in the amount you want to add to your account you select credit card continue check out with a credit card and however much money you put in will be shown up here payment history this is where all of your payment invoices are found now this is a sample account so there's none here but you'll have one here for when you signed up when you're renewed as well as any time you do any paid services you'll find those invoices here though they are in pdf format so you can save or print out the pdf and give it to your accountant for tax purposes under listings managed listings is where we started this is where again you're going to do most of your work manage bookings there's two parts here manage bookings and manage inquiries we have a separate tutorial to tell you how to manage your bookings but basically when you get a lead from us it's going to come in as a booking request or as an inquiry a booking request is somebody who's really interested in booking your place and you'll find those here in this case the one sample that's here there's no name under the name column so we know it's just a blank booking to see the details you click on the view button the eyeball here under options and you'll be able to view the details there's a separate tutorial how to manage your booking requests under managed inquiries same thing in this case there's no inquiries yet on this listing but you'll have a list of all the different inquiries we've sent you so that you can access them and same thing there'll be a view button you can view it and see you know what the details are of that inquiry under managed reviews this is where all the reviews will be now this listing was imported in from vrbo so all those reviews came in you can click on the edit button over here to go in and reply to a review that somebody left for you all right there is a separate tutorial on how to manage your reviews under the account section you can skip this sms logs but look at the change profile this is helpful this is where you'll go to make updates to your account with us okay so number one you can change your username your password your name your email this box here for email too is important if you're going to work with a realtor who's going to get copied on your leads enter your realtor's email address in here so you'll get a copy of them and so will your realtor make sure you always leave this email box with your email address so we can email you directly phone one and two if you want to have one or two phone numbers displayed in your listing the phone number for your text messages that we're gonna send you goes here your text notifications on yes or no all these are your address lines for your billing address and your property address and you can skip paypal we're not using paypal right now if you come back up to the top click on the profile tab next to the overview tab i just click here this is where you can add a company name if you wish for your listings you can add a website address this is helpful for owners who have their own booking website like i do you can put your booking website in here so your vacationers can find your listings on our website and then click on your website to go book directly with you that's great under languages you can put in any language that you you talk so they know which languages you speak profile picture you can upload a small profile picture here that uh will be a little thumbnail picture of you like your facebook photo auto renew this is where you turn on or off your auto renew option for your subscription under packages this is where your packages are okay again there's a quick summary up here the current package and then there's additional packages here that you could upgrade to and you could continue to check out on renewal sms packages you can skip everybody gets free sms that's the text alerts that we send out okay so that's a quick rundown of your dashboard again most of the time you're going to be under managed listings and you're going to be working here and again just click on edit listing next to the listing you want to edit and then go to the section that you want to work on by just clicking on
