hey everybody you want to do a quick update about Korea's web forms so I know there's a bunch of information that's come out and there's lots of confusion so as of December 31st the old version the legacy version of web forms is no longer and if you have any old transactions in the old web forms you have to manually transfer those over so we had a training a few weeks back here in December where we had someone come in special from our for our office and do do that training I'll put the link to that full recording down below and then give you the full background on why they made the change etc but the bottom line is it's a great new tool the biggest shortcoming I see right now is the fact that it acquires connection to the internet so for like rural users and mobile you need to have access to the Internet but once you have access the internet it's a very powerful full transaction management tool so we've done some extra steps for you at the office level and I think you're going to save your tons of time and make make everybody lots more money potentially because make you a lot more efficient so we've created checklists of every type of file that you would submit that has all of the forms listed on that checklist so I'm just gonna log in here and I'll show you guys where everything is so when you're logging in and you go to create template and or I'll show you a list of all of them under this is under my broker's login for transaction templates so under the office options we have thin track with all the thin track forms and an explanation about them as well as a link to the video on thin track that will be creating personal trades with a training video link to that and all the forms you need as far as realtor forms and things like that that will - disclosure forms and then residential kongo buyer buyer for a house buyer brokerage customer status residential seller for a condo seller for a house and rental rep which I'll talk about briefly as well so when you go back to your main dashboard instead of searching for one-off forms this is what's gonna save you a ton of time every file so you click create transaction and in this case I'm just going to call it testing and then under template this is the key step here here's the list of all of those templates now you can create your own as well so if you have you know your own organization method that you want to do based on the nature of your practice you can do that but we've gone ahead she and I spend a ton of time and with the help from conveyancing to create these checklists so if I have...
