hello teachers this is eugene and this will be a short instructional video on how to put your signature on the timesheet when you submit it to me via email starting in January what we're going to require while teachers is to be able to submit your timesheet with your signature on the timesheet in the past what we've done is either I we go to you or you come to see packs main office and we get your signature after the timesheet was submitted but in January what we're going to do is we're going to have all the teachers submit your timesheet with your signature on it so this is a short video on how to do that what you want to start out with is a blank sheet of paper and you want to sign your name on this blank sheet we prefer that you use a blue pen just to put a little bit of color and make sure it's straight and make sure you press hard so that comes out dark so we wanted a blue ink and make sure it comes out dark and and then what you want to do if you have a scanner is you want to be able to scan your signature so scan this the document and save on to computer if you don't have a scanner which you can also do is you can also take a picture of your signature but when you do take a picture make sure it's on a white sheet of paper make sure it comes out brightly and make sure it's also in focus and you could take a picture and then save it as well and then you can save it onto your computer send it to yourself via email and save it onto your computer and then you could just follow the instructions as we are going through here so once you have it saved onto your computer you want to pull it up with a picture viewer I'm using Microsoft Office picture viewer you can use any picture viewer probably the same for anything and this will also work for Apple computer as well so I'm told so this will work for Apple users as well and what you want to do once you have your scan signature here is you no you want to look for a program called snipping tool and so what you want to do is you want to I have windows seven so it's going to be a little different if you have Windows 8 or Windows 10 but you just go to the search box and then you type in snipping tool I think in windows 8 the search box will be somewhere over here in this corner windows 10 it'll be down here and you type in snipping and then it's going to come under programs you'll find the program snipping tool so you just click on that little box is going...
