default text of the plugin you can do that here as well to get started we're just gonna go ahead and add a new client we're gonna name this client jargon for demo purposes and we'll just do jargon at trying to email com phone number in addresses this is just for your record so we aren't required to have this so go ahead and hit add next we're going to go over to all proposals and we're just gonna go ahead and create a brand new one alright so once we're here we're gonna enter in the proposal name and usually I prefer to as the business that we are saying the proposal to slow's name in jar jargon here let's see here and then next we're going to select the client that we want which is jargon if you have an invoice that you want to redirect you after the proposal has been submitted you can just simply paste it here if you don't have an invoice or to create it it'll just give them a nice confirmation matricide thank you we're excited to work for you which you can customize in the timeline your investments of breaks down on your services research cost 1250 your total amount and go ahead and approve proposal so we're just going to say we're gonna approve this proposal so now that we have approved it the client will get eight we are honored to get the pleasure to work with you this is all customizable in the settings as well now let me pull up my emails and we can just kind of go through the emails that we've received so once the client has approved the proposal you will get an email notification site congratulations the proposal has been approved by name the time and how much the client will also get an email that we sent so let's say just for text purposes so as we are going to change this to all right you know so we can get a notification on it hit Send proposal you'll see proposal is successfully sent to email let me pull my emails up again real quick and since we sent it to art you know we will be getting that typically would go to the client all
