[Music] hey there sky slopers in this video we're going to go over the digisign dashboard to make sure you can find everything you're looking for when you enter digisign you'll be brought to this page this is the digisign dashboard from here you can access all of your current envelopes and create new ones at the top of your screen you can toggle between the envelopes tab and the templates tab click on the templates tab to create new templates and manage your current templates back on the envelopes tab your digi-sign envelopes will be sorted into different categories drafts sent completed and all and each category has its own tab on the drafts tab you'll see any of your envelopes that have been started but haven't been sent on each tab you will see a quick summary of information about each envelope in that section to access your envelope actions click on the vertical three dot icon on the right side on the set tab of digisign you will see a list of your envelopes that have been sent but haven't been signed by all signers again you can click on the actions icon to open the envelope actions menu the available actions will vary depending on the status of the envelope on the completed tab you'll find all of your envelopes that have been signed by all signers and using the actions menu again you can select any options available for completed envelopes the final tab labeled all is as it sounds a list of all of your digisign envelopes everything in drafts sent and completed status throughout digisign you can use the search bar to search through the envelopes in any given section you can also use the column headers to sort by that particular category such as sorting by envelope status or the most recently updated envelopes to get a closer look at who the recipients are on your envelopes simply hover over the recipients icon the number will indicate the number of the recipients on that envelope after hovering you will see the recipients names and email addresses as well as their signing status green for completed and gray for waiting to sign to the right of the recipients you can see the status or progress of each envelope how long ago it was sent how many signers have signed and if the envelope is complete taking a closer look at the actions menu for a completed envelope you can download the envelope download the certificate or view the envelope history for a sent envelope that hasn't been signed by everyone you can correct the envelope to make changes resend the envelope to individual signers download the envelope in its current state download the envelope certificate view the envelope history or cancel the envelope for any draft envelopes you can use the actions menu to delete the draft the digisign dashboard is also where you'll go to create new envelopes start by clicking new...
