create a new document with in person signing features an in person signing administrator will facilitate the in-person signing process which can be easily completed on any device in a matter of minutes this avoids email based signatures when required on this video we will go over the steps on how to create a document and get it signed with the in person signing feature after logging into the application upload the file from your computer where you click on the upload a file under create new documents section on the left and select the PDF file select the enable in person signing feature to enable any user from your account to act as a signing administrator for the in person parties and collect signatures from those parties add new party and check on the in person signer in person signer email is optional let's just enter the email anyway so the in-person signer can get a signed copy of the document if you don't enter the in-person signer email the system will prompt the email from the signer one more time before completing the document for this demo I am selecting myself to act as a signing administrator for the in-person parties add the sign your name but multiple signers can be there however I am showing one signer in this demo drag and drop your desired fields wherever you need them from the toolbox in the document assign the property to the fields in the document like the recipient responsible for filling in the value and I will click on the send button [Music] an email is sent to the account user who will act as the in person signing administrator in this case I am already logged in as Linda Walker so I don't need to check my email I can directly go into the document using review document once the in person signing administrator clicks on the view document button he or she will be redirected to the in Kherson signing administration session where the user will have two options either give control to the in-person signer or continue as an in-person administrator once the in-person signer or administrator passes the control to the in-person signer it will show the in-person electronic signature acceptance box to confirm and sign the document in person signer needs to click on the checkbox to confirm signing the document and then click on review document after going through the document the in-person signer will sign the document and we'll get the confirmed signature box either to review the document or submit the signature once the in-person signer confirms the signature it will ask them to pass the control to the in-person signer administrator or they can continue to view the document [Music] the in-person administrator then will get control and will receive a signature successful message all parties will get a document with a digital signature certificate via email if the signer email is not there in the system an...
