The BEST Decision We Made

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

Easy to use, increases productivity

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

Allow initials credit card

[Music] hello everyone my name is sunday babalola i'm the ceo of lineage credit repair today i want to talk about something that people ask me about that why do i get pre-approval mails and then how do i stop it that is what we want to talk about today pre-approval letter are letters sent to you by credit card companies because they want to do a business with you so they are not just sending it for fun they wanted to do business with you they've done their statistical analysis knowing that when they said some amount of letters to people they get a feedback and they are getting business from that so it's a kind of like a business strategy so when you see people sending you all the stuff don't just get to carry the wheel like this send them in and send me because they just do a soft pull on you to get to put you and you fall into the category of people that they can give a try to see maybe they can offer you a credit card that does not mean they will give you the credit card so if you get a pre-approval letter today and then you keep this pre-approval for three or six months maybe your credit condition then was like let's say you're on the 700 and in three months maybe you make some two three lay payments that can drop your score down like 30 points or 60 points or even 80 point and then you are now at 620 credit score for example the approval that you get three months ago might not be useful for you now again because they did that as at the time when your credit score was great and you fall into the category of people that they think oh maybe we can do business with this guy maybe we can do some business with this guy so you have to be careful when you see approve a letter number one thing you have to note is that they want to do business with you and then they've restrained you and you fall into the category of people that it can send the letter to they just don't send it to anybody but the tactics is that it's all about business how do they know about my credit history or how do they know i am qualified or pre-qualified for this credit card what they usually do is that they usually buy credit history from the credit bureaus yes credit bureaus sell your information to these people they make money from it so when you fall into the category of the people they buy their credit i mean they they buy their credit report and they look at it and they consider oh with your credit issue or whatever history you have on it you are qualified to get social x y and z so so card so they do that...

How can I make an eSigned document expire?

Like a manually signed document, the validity period is determined by the contract's terms. But in airSlate SignNow, senders can set up an expiration date for invitations. For example, you can set the invitation to expire after a week, which means the recipient can esign your document during that week. But after 7 days, the link to the PDF will be unavailable. Utilize the advanced settings when sending a signing request.

How do you open and sign a PDF?

Almost any platform and operating system can handle something as simple as viewing PDFs. macOS devices do so with Preview, and Windows does so via Edge. However, eSigning is a more complicated process. To get a compliant electronic signature, you should use authorized software like airSlate SignNow. After you create an account, upload a document to the platform and click on it to view it. To eSign the sample, select the My Signature tool and generate your very own legally-binding eSignature.

What's my electronic signature?

According to ESIGN, an eSignature is any symbol associated with a signer and confirms their consent to eSign something. Thus, when you select the My Signature tool in airSlate SignNow, the symbol you draw, the last name type, or the image you upload count as your signatures. Any electronic signature made in airSlate SignNow is legally-binding. Unlike a digital signature, your eSignature can vary. A digital signature is a generated code that you can use to sign a document and verify yourself like a signer but has very strict requirements for how to make and use it.
