this tutorial is an overview on how to accept and decline closings using the signature closers mobile application the phone being demonstrated is a samsung s6 phone but we believe the functionality will be very similar on all droid based operating systems so to start you'll see that there's no activity on the phone at the moment however we'll send through a test order you will see a push notification is sent to the phone letting you know that a new closing is available from signature closers if you scroll your notifications down and click on the new closing available link it will open the application and you will see two tabs an available tab and an assign tab the assign tab is all the closings to which you have already been assigned the available tab is going to show you any closing that's available to accept or decline while you're in the application it is possible to receive other notifications when this occurs it will appear within the application itself as opposed to at the top of the screen so we'll push through another order at this point and you should see a new closing alert available here on the screen once you click ok it will show you both available closings by clicking on the individual closing you can then drill down into the closing to decline the closing you simply click the decline button and it brings up a box asking that you let us know your availability if you are available at a different time for this closing for today's purposes we'll click cancel to accept the order simply click accept and then confirm your availability for the closing once you've done this you'll receive a notification that the order has been accepted and you've been assigned to the closing click ok and you will see the screen refresh the closing is no longer available under the available closings view it will now appear under the assign closings view thank you for viewing this tutorial
