I like how its very easy to use. You can make sure it is also organize as you can create folders and title your documents properly. Overall look and its interface is user-friendly. It is very helpful for us at times like this where it needs a lesser person-to-person interaction, you can get your documents signed in a minute and it goes right to your inbox too. For all business especially, working remotely and all the digital platforms this is the answer on your waiting game for unsigned, unread important documents! The bulk sending function is the best, as we have compared it to other similar software, some doesn't allow bulk sending like this but Sign Now has a very generous trial phase to send at least 50 documents per day. We would definitely, use this software again!

we want a customer to fill in a form and that information from the form will fill in a monday board that will then initiate a document and an e-signature process so we have the board here with the board we have a form we have docugen which generates the document and we have op sign installed as well to handle the e-signature part this is the form the customer will use i'm going to fill in some details here i'm going to use my email address i'm going to click submit i'm going to go back here the information has arrived i will initiate the process by clicking this button this button will tell docugen to generate a document it did and it will automatically tell op sign to initiate the signature process as you can see it's processing and in a moment it will say that it's been sent for signature there you go i'm going to go to my email i'll check the latest emails here it is so i'm going to go to the review and sign page of op sign and you will notice that the document has been filled in with the information that the customer provided so it has today's date it has the customer's name and it has any other information you want to fill using dockygen placeholders i'm going to sign it and i'm going to submit it and i'll go back to my board and the status here has been updated automatically we have a signed document if i open it opting will show me the same document with the information filled in from the customer data that they filled in on the form in addition to the signature that's all
