notification bell because you do not want to miss any of my uploads alright so i know you guys you see the title of the video i'm going to be talking about how you can land that assignment from a signing service once you get that ting and you see it you accept it and you say that you're available this is how okay these are some tips or more so best practices i'm not going to say tips these are some best practices so that you can land that signing all right you guys so i got my phone with me so like i said i really don't want this to be like a tips video this is truly some best practices that i kind of jotted down because i always see in my comments you guys are telling me hey i am not getting these assignments i get the notifications i'm saying that i'm available but i'm not getting the assignment what do i do so now i'm going to tell you so these are some things that i have done just to one make sure that you know i am on everybody's radar you know i'm saying because you know i want the work you know i'm saying i want the work first best practice definitely you want to be sure that your profile is filled to 100 completion that is definitely key when it comes to being able to accepting work from some of these signing services they want to make sure that they have everything on file that includes things like your id you want to be sure you have your eno insurance uploaded of course your notary commission obviously if you have any training like your loan signing system certificate for mark wills if you haven't taken that course be sure to click the link in the description box below you know your girl got you and of course you want to be sure that your w9 is up there because that is how you get paid honey do you understand definitely be sure you have a w-9 on file with any signing service that you're signed up with that's going to be obviously how you get paid and how they're able to pay you so get your w9 next thing i want to talk about okay is just picking up that phone and calling them listen okay as soon as you get the notification about assigning that you accept you're available and you want to do the signing call the signing service immediately after accepting okay if you are not okay listen to me very clearly if you are not getting assigned to assignments after you select that you are available you need to call the signing service call them right afterwards i'm telling you this because i know okay this is what i know anytime that i have ever called a signing service immediately after accepting one of their notifications i have always gotten that signing it is not that difficult to pick up the phone people just pick up the phone i know it's so simple because you know we're used to text and email but seriously just picking up the phone and introducing yourself and letting them know hey you know what i'm saying my name is susan such i am a notary loan signing agent in this area i'm new you know i do have a couple signings under my belt i am available to do this signing and i would love it if you guys would give me a chance like it's just that simple just state your case and let them know and i promise you not only will you get that signing but you'll get the next one and the next one and the next one next um best practice is just simply to ask questions anytime that i am on a signing and you know they're always gonna give you some type of form that you can contact somebody while you're at the table when questions do come up and i just call them and ask those questions okay because um one thing that i've noticed is that especially with title a lot of title documents they're different you know i'm saying not every title company is the same their documents though the contents may be the same they just look different you know i'm saying they may have you know different requirements about where the notary needs to fill out whether or where you know the signer needs to fill out so just call and ask those questions don't be afraid to ask questions asking questions in this business and what is what makes you look good to the signing services so just call ask questions they are not going to look at you any kind of way like you don't know what you're talking about they're going to be like oh this girl knows her stuff she knows what to ask questions about she knows you know i'm saying it just shows that you are one on point and two that you take this seriously and three that you don't want to make any mistakes because we want to be flawless okay we want to be flawless notary loan signing agents because what those are the ones that stay busy next thing is just to be professional like while you're out on these assignments you always want to be professional every signing company wants to work with the signing agent that's professional and trustworthy so you always want to put your best foot forward you when you come to your signings you always want to be professional you always want to when you confirm your appointments with your borrowers you want to be professional in that manner and how you communicate with them because they will the signers will report back you know i'm saying like they will report back to that company and be like i don't know about this notary that y'all sent me but you know what i'm saying she came up here looking all kind of way smelling like frito corn chips i just you know i'm saying i don't know that will happen and you don't want to be that person always be professional come looking your best present your best self and i promise you you will continue to get work from signing companies because essentially you make them look good last but certainly not least you want to do good work and what i mean by do good work is you just want to be on your p's and q's make sure that everything is stamped correctly everything is signed correctly again if you haven't taken any sort of training for being a notary loan signing agent i suggest mark wells course the loan signing system i hate that i'm saying that again but it is what it is that's the course that i suggest because doing the work truly is the cheek hold to being a successful notary loan signing agent in this business the more that you're on it the more that the way that you present yourself and the work that you return back to the signing companies word is gonna get around that this notary out here and this zip code is off the damn chain like they be on it and that's that's the kind of reputation that you want to get in this business is that you do good work you're professional and that's it all right you guys this was a very quick video but i get this question asked so much on my channel that i just had to come here and film this video this is how you really start your path to becoming a preferred notary at um assigning service and just you know saying i know that is difficult especially like with everything going on in the world i'm telling you guys just stick with it if you don't get this one you're definitely going to get the next one just keep trying just keep pushing stay positive and know that it can only go up from here thank you so much for watching this video if you enjoyed it please give me a thumbs up and of course subscribe to my channel share this video with a friend a sister a brother a cousin whoever if you know that they're looking to get into the notary loan signing agent business be sure to share my videos y'all don't be stingy that's not cute that's not what we're doing in 2021 until next time guys peace hey
