I loved that i didn't have to print out and sign legal documents, contracts, and invoices. additionally, the signing feature in adobe acrobat isn't as intuitive as airSlate SignNow.

dialog notice under personal certificates we find my own interest certificate and that the expiration date is October the 10th at the time of this recording October 10th it's just a few weeks away so we've ensured that my an interest certificate is installed on this workstation so let's go back to the customer portal you should find that icon on your desktop that looks like a smiling ping-pong ball with a headset double left click the icon the service desk can also be reached by the above web address or by calling the phone number listed on the page click Submit ticket for customer support which brings us to the following page in the summary box I will type add interest certificate renewal in the description box below I will type my certificate will expire on October the 10th please have redacted my information your letter will have your own unique activation code to begin I must ensure that I have administrative rights and I am on the workstation where my certificate is installed read through the steps in the letter before you begin follow the steps through to step 3 using internet explorer I will type in the ID n trust forward slash install web address two pieces of check will check to ensure that my system is ready so let's do that next my activation code found in step 4 of the letter and my account password are required input those and click Next this is a point where it may get a little tricky I didn't trust will attempt to install an ActiveX control FDOT security policies may prevent this from installing correctly so we simply skip past that and click Next the information bar at the bottom of the screen will change to an add in trust certificate enrollment installation click run if everything goes smoothly we should see an installation dialog like the following click Next continue to click Next until you arrive at a screen that says confirm installation click Next once the progress bar is done you should see an installation complete message click close now run the installation that you just installed at the bottom of the screen click allow the next step we will generate a public/private key pair an integral part of digital signature so we have six instructions read through those click Next you must choose a security level always choose high click Next now you will generate a new password for the certificate this is the password that you will type every time you sign a document so this needs to be a secure password and one that you can remember once that is done click finish then click OK the certificate is now generated and you can verify the results click Next we are very near the end of this process let's validate the certificate a window will open with all personal certificates installed on this workstation in the windows certificate store make sure to look at the validation date time and select the latest one we just installed as there may be multiple personal certificates on this machine click OK enter the password for the certificate as the one we just generated and click allow congratulations we have finished the installation of the certificate
