in this video you will learn how to set up your first okay sign template hey guys welcome back it's off in here I'm a doc Isan expert who helps businesses implement digital signature and work formations and today you will learn how to set up your first DocuSign templates before I walk you through on the computer step by step you need to understand the difference between a static and a dynamic document that is going to determine how you're building and using your template moving forward a customer application form for example would most likely always be a static document because no matter who the customer is every customer will be filling out the same application form the letter of offer that i hate's our manager will be sending out to new candidates would be a dynamic document dynamic documents contain information specific to the actual person who's filling them out in today's lesson we'll start with a static document templates so here is the agreement that we are going to use as the example in this lesson that's a car rental application form you work for a company called ABC rental in our company wants all customers to fill out this form the manager of ABC rental needs to sign as well and we do want that form to be received by the accounts team so that they know that it can send the actual invoice to the customer alright so now let's see how that works in DocuSign go to your dock assign accounts and from the home page click on templates now you're going to select new and create template the first step is to give a name to our template so we're just going to call this one a car rental application form second step is to upload your form or forms you can put at place as many as you want in the template and the third step is to add the recipients so this is pretty much the same as when you're sending an envelope to someone however you can see that there is an extra field which is called a roll and the reason we've got a roll field is because we don't necessarily need to include a name and email for all our recipients let me explain for example our customers we don't know who they're gonna be yet so what you can do instead of putting your name and email is just to put a placeholder and just enter a customer for example and I'm gonna set assigning order because of what the customer to sign first the action is to sign is correct so I can go ahead and add the second recipient I already do you know who within a DC rental will be filling this out so I don't need to enter a role I can just enter the name and email I will play the role of the manager at ABC rental so I'm just...
