hi everybody this is Robert at Scott Laroy marketing today we're going to show you how to bulk edit your contacts in the kW command database specifically we're going to be adding some tags to contacts multiple contacts at a time there are some features of bulk edit that are not yet available we're going to go over those very briefly but right now we're really just going to be working on the tags part there so our first step is going to be to get logged in to agent kW comm that's how you access the command system once you're logged into command you should be here on your dashboard you can either click on contacts here on the left or in the left menu click on the same icon here the two people to go into your contacts list once your contacts load you're going to select any number of your contacts and you can skip ones and all of that fun stuff and then once you've got the context that you want selected just above the first and last name section here this is going to change from a search box to a select bulk action drop down here so we have the option here to add a note you'd be adding the same note to all of these contacts so say you called five or six people and five of them didn't answer you would check them and add a note of didn't answer such and such days such and such time you can also archive these contacts send them to the archive section to either be deleted later or potentially restore them later they just won't show up in this list any longer send bulk MLS is connected to Twilio or it eventually will be connected to Twilio right now this feature is not available adding bulk tags is what we're going to do in just a second there's also sent to your dialer also not available at this time but eventually it will be connected to you autodialers add to email list is also not available at this time share contacts is sort of available if you're a member of a team and that team is noted in your win more profile if you click on share contacts you could potentially try to share that with members of your team I can't the test to whether this works or not because I'm not a member of a team so if you're a member of a team you can give that a try and then you can also move to leads where we are currently by default is in contacts you can also move them over to this leads section right here so let's click on add bulk tags here to see what that looks like in this window that pops up you can either add system tags or custom tags or you can add both so in system tags these are the ones that are predefined by the command system that you can't add to you or edit or delete you can mark them as seller bots old things like that or you can come down here to custom tags and you can mark them as any of the previous tags you've already used or added to the system or you can type in a new tag and you can create that new tag there once you've selected the tag or tags you want to use you would click submit and now that tag will be applied to those contacts and you can click on that tag or search by that tag to find those contacts in the future that's how you can bulk update multiple contacts with new tags in the kW command system if you have additional questions about this feel free to send us an email at support at scott Laroy and marketing.com
