[Music] hello everyone and welcome to the third video in our series on resolve we've been getting a lot of questions from users recently regarding uh bulk orders and how exactly they work on the resolve system now for those of you who are not previous pro users and you've just been using uh the ordering system through our regular website right now bulk orders are a way for regular users of repair pricer to get huge huge discounts on orders of reports up to 60 percent off the way that it works is very simple you simply pre-purchase a pack of reports up front for a set amount of money and get each of those reports at a discount so you would pay upfront it creates credits for you in your account and then you can use those credits as you go along the credits have no expiration date so whether you buy 10 reports now and it takes you 12 months to use them that's completely fine as long as you don't close your account or cancel it for some reason those credits are always going to be there waiting for you all right so we're going to take a look today at pricing for bulk orders as you can see here you can purchase ten reports for four hundred dollars each that's gonna be forty dollars per report a pack of twenty reports for six hundred dollars that's going to be thirty dollars per report or for those of you who are high volume users you can pre-purchase a hundred reports for 2 500 or 25 each now remember these reports normally retail for 70 so as i said by purchasing in bulk you are getting a huge huge discount what you will see once you've purchased your credits is your available credits are going to show here in your bulk orders orders area and they're also going to show in your drop down for your account right here as well it's going to show you how many reports you have available each basic report is 10 report credits the reason that we have multiples of 10 is there are add-on services such as pool reports rush upgrades and home history reports that you can now purchase with credits so you do not have to use cash previously on the pro system you had to have a credit card saved at all times to be able to actually purchase any add-on service now you can choose to use your credits for that so i'm going to show you quickly how you would use credits to create an order once you have purchased a pack of credits we're going to go to the place order button we're going to enter the address we don't need any special instructions we don't need any recipients we're going to grab the report we're gonna choose a basic report okay now see here it's giving me a credit i can use towards a report or a dollar amount remember this is just a test account so these are not real but if i added a pool inspection you will see it's going to start adding credits for me and maybe i need a rush upgrade because i need my my report back extremely fast it's going to keep on adding those credits but note it's still going to give you the option to pay with a credit card if you want so maybe this is somebody else who's using your account and you don't want them using your credits and you're saying look i'm going to give you access to my account because you're a home buyer or a friend or an agent that maybe doesn't have an account set up with us yet and remember it is free to set up a resolve account there is no monthly fee there is no charge to get going okay but let's say you were letting somebody else use or for some reason you didn't want to use your credits you're going to see it lets you choose would you like to use a repair price for credits would you like to use a saved credit card or would you like to add a new credit card it's going to tell you how many credits you have available and how many credits are needed for this order like i said it's up to you to choose at that time once you've chosen if you use a safe card you can simply select it from your drop down it's going to keep that information for you securely or you can use your credits or add a new card once you've chosen simply click complete order and it's going to send that off
