hello everybody welcome to the session the objective of this session is to see how to confirm a single item in a transfer order with the help of LT 12 we have already seen how to confirm a single item in a transfer order using LT 11 now this let's go to Lt 21 to see the transfer order so in the previous session what we have done is we have already confirmed line item number 5 you can see here using LT 11 now we are going to do a single line item confirmation in a transfer order in the same transfer order 1:09 using LT 12 now see we can either use LT lemon or LT 12 it hardly makes a difference so let's see how to do that so I am opening in a new session / o LT 12 so we are into LT 12 right okay now what we have to do is now you can see here the main screen it is saying confirm transfer order the initial screen so here you can see these are very important things like standard input list but now what we are going to do is if you go into the input list you can see inactive items you can see confirmed internally and then you say confirmed now here you can see that the line item 5 is already confirmed so so many they are not confirmed yet so what I'm gonna do is you just have to press Enter now here you can see the small check marks now if you want to confirm the line item number three prior to that we will uncheck all these line items now we are going to check July on item number three and we are going to say confirm internally now you can see that this one is grayed out that means only this one would be going for the confirmation now if I click on save this would be posted so now you can see that cross-product 1:09 is confirmed now what I'm gonna do once again I'm going to enter inside here you can see it is not there it's grayed out so what I'm going to do is now I'm going into the standard input list here you can see that one two and then after that there is four there is no three and in the confirmed tab if you see the line item number three is also added into the confirm that means even this item has been confirmed now let's go to the main display of the transfer order now here the expectation is that even three would have this red light converted into green so let's do that enter and now you can see here that even three is confirmed so this is how you would be confirming a line item using LT twelve so there is no hard and fast rule so for example if you would like to do more than one line item then you would be using LT twelve say for example if you would like to transfer confirm the line item number four and then line item number six and then line item number seven so there are three line items at one single shot if you have to do if you go by LT 11 and you need to confirm it three times but if in case you you would like you want to confirm all the three at one single shot then what you can do is you can just go to the LT 12 and you can do it L to 12 and for inside and then all the line items unselect it and then after that what we were about to do is for sex and then say 7 so select these 3 line items the one that you'd like to confirm say confirm internally and then you can see that here it's grayed out now and then just say save now this is SH transfer or risk informed so I'm going through the input list to check out here you can see that 4 6 7 is not visible here anymore and it should be in confirmed so 4 6 & 7 they are confirmed all these all the 3 ones are confirmed so this is how you would be confirming so if in case you have to confirm only one single line item you can use LT 11 if you have to confirm more than one line item but less than the total line items in the transfer order then you can always do that using LT 12 so here now the expectation is that if I go out and then come back the line item 4 6 & 7 should also convert into green so you can see here 4 6 & 7 is also converted into queen so this is how you would be doing it thank you for watching this video if you liked it to subscribe please hit like please give me comments that if it gets you'd like to see some more videos if you have any questions you can always mail me across thank you so much for watching this video have a great day
