Wow so DocuSign 101 Jesse Morgan take it away all right thanks Carrie welcome everyone so if you have any questions as Carrie just mentioned feel free to interject and ask as we go along here so again feel free just to interrupt but I'm going to be taking you through the process of kind of two dual functions today of first if you're a sender needing to send out a document how do you send out that transaction to your recipients and then also we're going to take a look at from the signer slash recipient point of view what does it look like receiving a document being asked to sign it how does that process work and then transitioning back over to the sender perspective to see how do we track that transaction who signed it so far what's the progress or if it's completed how do we download a copy so we're going to be going through all of that today and then in an ongoing future session we'll talk about DocuSign templates and how to template eyes the process that we're going to go through today so just know that today is a little bit more manual and we're going to talk about how to streamline it and build it out in advance in the future okay so right now you're looking at my browser I'm logged into the DocuSign web application or the web app and here on the Home tab we have a couple options here we have this new button that we're going to click on here in just a minute to go ahead and create the transaction and I'm going to go over some terminology here in just a moment which tab is where we're going to then track our different transactions finding out where is it at in the process or has someone sent me something to sign we're going to take a look here navigationally as well again templates we're going to skip over today if we have time at the end I can kind of show you a little preview of how templates work and how it can help quickly create your signature transactions then we'll talk about reporting how you can run usage statistics here in DocuSign and then some of your own personal preferences that you can go through and change like your email notifications okay the one thing I like pointing out is right up front is this little question mark in the upper right hand corner once you log in this little help button is contextual so notice how I'm sitting on the reports tab if I go ahead and give that a click it will take me to our support documentation on our support site so it goes through how to set up reports how to configure them what options you have etc so just know that if you get stuck with anything that we talked about today of course we're here to help...
